Mix feelings
I have a mix feeling about this footrest, it's a good idea to raise the foot up for better blood circulation specially in an international long flight, however the design is not that comfortable specially if you are using it at economy class. What I did is I hung this at the back of the seat in front of me and actually put my foot on it, put all my weight on this thing and rest on it, because literally there is not space to straighten your legs out like the picture did.

Worth the price
This foot hammock was surprisingly comfortable. I bought it for an overnight flight to Europe. The hammock comes with a pouch and I don't believe there was "memory foam" as advertised, the padding is less that a backpack strap, but by elevating my feet just an inch or so off the cabin floor, my economy seat was much more comfortable. I was really surprised how much better my legs and hips felt after using this. It is a little tricky when someone needs to get past you to the aisle. I liked it with shoes off or on. I'm 5'4" for reference, and just gave it to my daughter to use on her coast to coast redeye and I'm ordering another for myself.

best things ever, I bought two more
We brought some travel footrests on a 2 hour flight to test them out for our overnighter flight and these were the winners by far. I didn't test any other foot slings so not sure if one is better than the other but, these folded up small and were light and really were comfy, even for my tall hubby. We found that if you let your knees fall to one or the other side, it was better than trying to hold them up straight. My 11 year old tiny daughter loved to use this too. It helped her a lot to get comfortable.

Doesn't work well with newer style tray tables.
Modern tray tables do not accommodate this footrest. And, I am only 5 foot tall and could not even use this comfortably in a long flight.

Super comfy and sturdy
Absolutely amazing. I got this as a foot sling for my wheelchair.Shipping: it arrived quickly, less than a weekQuality: seems to be holding up really well under daily use. No signs of wear after several weeks of daily use in all weather and snow and such.Style: i like the triple/chickenfoot attachment of the straps to thr foot platform, it keeps it from flipping or shifting angles as much! The tarp/waterproof side vs the vented mesh side has been really nice, the splash from thr ground doesnt touch my feet and can easily be wiped off the bottom of it, while the vented mesh is super comfy on my feetThe size: big and roomy (im rather small tho), the platform is a bit too wide, and scrapes against my front wheels when i turn as certain angles. But im not taking a star away for it, because thats not the intended use of the product lol, so its not their fault it doesnt work perfectly for this!

#Fail
Seemed like a good idea but failed miserably. It is small and doesn't take up much space, unless you are carrying 4, like me!Unfortunately, with the decreasing leg room in economy seating, there really isn't anywhere to put your feet.My review photos show my daughter, whom is 4'10".Since the footrest is more like a sling, and not a platform, her feet were jammed together in the center of the footrest which was really uncomfortable. This may work in first class where you can actually extend your legs but, in economy, your only option is to "bend the knee."

Provides good relief for long trips
My co-worker had this for our outgoing flight so I got to test it before purchase. Once I realized how much it helped with 10 hour flights, I immediately ordered one and had my husband bring it to me when he came for my return flight. The only down side is when you’re on the airplanes where the seats are closer together (Swiss Airlines) and they don’t offer economy plus and the person in front of you (who has bulk head!!) decides to recline into your lap... I’m 5’2” and was unable to use this for the remainder of the flight. It’s worked though in economy plus very well on other airlines (I.e United)

POOR QUALITY & DESIGN
WARNING: This footrest is NOT RETURNABLE. No reason was given by Amazon only a simple statement that it was not returnable at all. I purchased using PRIME. I was not happy. Now I’m stuck with an unusable piece of junk.As a footrest (the intended purpose) this product is terrible. It is a roll up design with slats. So when you put your feet in it they are forced and crushed together into a painful position in the bottom “V” of the “platform”. Also the strap to go over the tray in front of you on a plane is narrow and thin.Trust me. Save your money and a headache and buy something else the first time. This item is cheap for a reason!

Design not as good as the idea.
I did not find it bery practical in the confined space of Economy class. Also, the foot support pad needs to be a bit wider to stop it from leaning to one side like a seesaw at the slightest foot/leg movemt....& I am not a large person! It’s a good idea but didn’t seem to work well in practise.

Excellent idea
I've used a sarong in a similar manner during a 10 hour flight from China. Brilliant. Looking forward to using this in a few weeks.
