I am happy with my ultra pride :) I ordered it in Great Elect, recieved it 2 days earlier than the mentioned shipment date :) The product was in good condition :) I want to get the coconut scraper attachment with this, but it was not available :(. Still the wet grinder is great :)

I love it, our family is enjoying Idli,dosa,vada, .......... except I can not load daal and turn it on, it is small to pick the load unlike 3.5 I own in India. I have to start the grinder and slowly put the ingredients. other than that it is great for just the family. If u looking one for parties, go for bigger one

I hate the dealers that sold me the Ultra Wet Grinder from Amazon, I bought the grinder 2 months ago and I have a problem with the grinder now that the drum does not run,though I have 1 year WARRANTY on this,the dealers that sold me is not responding and I hate their customer service, it is a waste of my money buying the grinder from them. I donot recommend this product to anybody.

I am having issues with lock arm coming out in the middle of grinding. I add the udidh dhal / Rice, water ,lock the arm and start grinding. The arm pops up within 5 mins.. I close is again, it gets locked..and start grinding. the arm lifts up again..in few mins .. I hardly used this grinder 10 times. but before this problem I liked the product really good.

I bought the Ultra Grind Plus Gold, which was 110 V like this one. I thought it would be OK if I used it in Australia. It didn't work, there was a burning chemical smell from the motor. This item should not ship to Australia, there are 240 V 50 Hz versions that do.

I ordered this Grinder and it arrived in 2 days with regular shipping. It does the work in a great manner and it is quiet silent when running. I will recommend this for everyone who need a decent grinder. Siva
