It is quite sweet and has a lot of sugar, so you have to be careful with how much you add if you're watching your sugar intake. Separation and Prep: Just a heads-up that because it’s a natural product, it often separates in drinks. You usually need to give it a very good shake or a quick stir to get it back to that perfectly smooth consistency before drinking. There are multiple listings for this product on Amazon. Some say 22oz, some say 16.9 FL oz in the title. All are the same bottle size. 16.9 FLUID OUNCES is the volume (half a liter). 22 OUNCES is the weight, as it is about 25% heavier than water. This one lists the unit price in cost/oz, but they really do cost/fluid ounce. The cost/oz is actually cheaper, so comparisons are made difficult. I found this one to be the best cost wise, by quite a bit. The product itself is great. Makes great Pina Coladas. Best By date was 23 months out. Squeeze bottle is very handy. It is very thick. If you use a measuring cup to get the correct amount you will have to use a spoon to get it all out. What I do is add the rum and pineapple juice to the same measuring cup and stir thoroughly before pouring it into the blender. I still need to use a spoon for the last little bit. But this is the nature of Cream of Coconut.

I have thrown out dozens of half used cans of cream of coconut in my life (I know, I should have just kept making Pina Coladas until I used it all up - ) - this is SO practical! You use as much as you need - or as little and then it goes back into the fridge and you don't waste half a can! Love the squeeze bottle and have ordered multiple times. High quality, good value!

My wife likes her pineapple (piña) juice, and don’t get me wrong, I enjoy unadulterated pineapple juice myself. However, coconut is an excellent, sweet, addition juice…. Hence the purchase and now I can make my virgin piña colada! I may see if I can use it for makingIndian food as well😉! Note: You can’t just mix coconut water with pineapple juice, and have the same effect. Anyways, Pretty good size bottle, Nice and thick cream, doesn’t separate! Like the design of the bottle as it stands on its head.It allows for the coconut cream to settle on the bottom, which makes it easier to dispense the next time you use it… which is pretty important because it is so thick that it would have a tendency to resist settling. I like that the number one ingredient is actually coconut and that sugar is used instead of high fructose corn syrup. For the rest of the ingredients… I’ve attached a picture for your reference.

This IS the best cream of coconut. It works wonderfully with everything I bake or make smoothies!

Bought this as a cheaper and more shelf stable version of coco lopez which i was using previously. I find it tastes great in a painkiller or pina colada, coconut margaritas are also fire with this stuff. Keeps well on the shelf too so that helps, great stuff for the home bar.

Ho preso questo prodotto per fare dei piña colada e devo dire che ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Ha esattamente il sapore che cercavo: un gusto di cocco molto deciso, zuccherato il giusto. La consistenza è molto cremosa e quindi va mescolato molto bene.
