Bobelock Half Moon 1047 Black/Wine 3/4 Violin Case

We needed the violin case urgently and so I was delighted when I found it on Amazon - good price, required shape and requested color. I put in the order and stopped looking on other sites. Imagine the disappointment when the case arrived with a tear in the top, the humidifier and strings case missing and the hygrometer broken. I returned the case with the reasons for sending it back clearly stated. I never heard back from Amazon or from the supplier. We had to borrow a case for a week or two waiting for the luthier to order another one for us. We were really surprised when the cost of the case through the luthier was actually $20 cheaper than what we would have paid through Amazon. We are faithful Amazon shoppers, but I will never again order anything from the company who supplied Amazon with this case.
