Cheaply made, Michael Kors wasn’t even straight!

The watch is pretty and it seems to be new, but it was so badly packed that kinda makes you wonder.

Love this watch but only worn it a few times and the winder has fallen off.sent it off to the address they gave me to get it fixed and not heard anything from them? It has now almost been a week ? So be prepared if something goes wrong with your watch customer service not good
