Yes get it.
This is amazing stuff and conditions your hair so well. It’s a little brighter than pastel pink if you’re putting it on really blonde hair. I highly suggest mixing it with white conditioner, or silver. This company also sells an amazing silver to mix with. You can’t go wrong with this. If you don’t like it, it does wash out, however, it takes a while. It really works. Made with coconut oil! I literally make my conditioning mask with white conditioner and sleep in it. My hair is light/medium brown.

Warm, vibrant pink with no staining!
This is the best dye. No damage to my hair and no staining the shower. The color takes fast, on my bleached medium honey blonde hair it only took 10 minutes to become is a warm- neutral pink and is sooo vibrant and bright. I may hoard this is case it is discontinued. Also, the smell is nice and sweet, almost like fresh cotton candy. One negative - it fades fast.

You need white blonde hair first
One of the first things I noticed when using this hair dye is the consistency, it's thick and almost creamy, it's absolutely perfect for dyeing hair. No runniness, but also not dry enough to cause product waste. I joked with my friends that it looked like pink frosting. It goes on well, stays in the hair without running, and coats the hair evenly if you do it right. I have an over grown pixie, with fine hair, and there was JUST enough to cover my whole head. If you have shoulder length hair, I'd recommend buying two, if it's longer, good luck. Once on, the product slowly gets a little darker as it processes, I thought this was strange for a direct dye. When it's time to rinse, it comes out easy enough. I typically spend anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes trying to get dye out of my hair and the water to run clear (prevents pillow and clothes staining after) but this only took about 10 minutes. Once you're done rinsing it, the color looks about like a pink highlighter. This REALLY was not the color I was going for, I wanted a true pastel bubblegum pink. I had bleached my hair to a 9 in the length and nearly a 10 at the roots. My roots turned out true highlighter pink, but the length looks orange. Because of this, it almost looks like I dyed my hair in broken highlighters instead of hair dye. If you're able to reach nearly white blonde on your full head, you should be able to get an even color.I haven't washed my hair a second time yet, since I dyed it, however I believe it'll wash out somewhat quickly due to it being a pastel dye. This doesn't bother me and is exactly what I expected when purchasing!

DOES NOT COME OUT
Pro AND con- DOES NOT COME OUT. If that’s what you want, you’re in the right place. Haha. Easy and very even application. Smells great. This lasted me months as it faded and it looked awesome. Many compliments. It was applied on hair that was bleached months prior and had a root shadow. I mixed the neon pink with the baby pink for the color I wanted. The neon looks like it’s under UV in regular light. Actually works under UV. I saw my professional hairdresser to touch up my wayyy outgrown roots, months after this application. I had some strange salmon-y color left and it DID NOT COME OUT with color remover or bleach. I believe I did this in August and it’s now almost December and I still have leftover streaks (tho not obvious). Check the ingredients before you use it on your hair.

Strong color, less waste!
I've tried a few temporary hair dyed and this one is stronger than most. I dilute it with hair conditioner in the shower, leave it on for five minutes before rinsing with cool water to get a subtle shade.

Nice quality, different color
It’s not the color I thought it was going to be. It’s a lot more neon coral than advertised. I hated it at first but after a couple showers with pastel pink color conditioner, it was the perfect pastel bubblegum pink I was searching for. Even though it wasn’t the color I wanted at first, it’s very nice quality for the price.

This stuff STICKS
The pink my hairdresser started dying my hair with two years ago was discontinued and it has been a struggle to find a permanent pink I like ever since. I decided to give Iroiro a shot after my salon color washed out after two shampoos.I was concerned that my hair wasn’t white enough to take the pink without turning orange, so I mixed in some pastel lavender to try and counteract that (a 4:1 ratio, bubble gum:lavender). I used my kitchen scale to keep the ratio consistent. My short hair took two tubes of pink for full coverage (and honestly, could have gone with three for better coverage). Here’s how I applied:1. Wash hair with shampoo, no conditioner, dry 100%.2. Working in small sections, wear gloves and apply dye.3. Let process two hours in shower cap. (Note the directions say 30 minutes, but after a frustrating wash out on my last dye job I decided to give it extra time. I think my color would have actually been pastel had I followed directions).4. Rinse out dye, condition hair.A few things - I over-processed and let the dye get dark. I did this because I was so frustrated after bad pink dye I decided overkill wasn’t possible. After 10+ hot water washes, it’s still not as pale as I’d like it. Once I hit the pastel I’m going for, I’ll wash with cold water to preserve the color. I guess I’m saying proceed with caution unless you’re okay with a darker color for a while. In my experience hot water + shampoo kills vivids. But Iroiro doesn’t seem to be very bothered by it. It’s definitely fading and the tone is changing, but it’s moving closer to my ideal. Make sure you really really want pink hair - getting this stuff out would be a nightmare (hooray!)

Not pigmented…
We tried several times to apply this on my daughters hair- we bleached her hair super platinum blonde and then put this on- while it was processing it appeared to be a beautiful pigmented bubblegum pink but it washed out to a very pale peach color. We even tried doing it again and leaving it on longer and same thing.
