Nice little convertor
Bought this item so that I could have 12v power on my 48v golf cart. Installation was a breeze and the instructions were very clear.

Club car install
The voltage is consistent. Plenty of wire to work with. Small enough to mount a lot of ways. Spreading the load over the batteries is much better for the life of the batteries. I opened it up and sealed it with a little bit of silicone. Works perfect.

Appears to be a quality product
This appears to be a much more substantial version of the typical voltage reducer being sold. Was easy to install, instructions were relatively clear and it's delivering steady and consistent voltage.

SoundExtreme 28 Soundbar on Icon i40
The media could not be loaded. Worked fine but doesn’t accept steady 12V for the ACC signal. Needs 48V for the switched circuit. Wound up tracking down the switched 48V signal to the Carr converter and running a vampire tap to the signal wire on this one then hooking every else up to the battery and the speaker. Works nice. Speaker powers up with cart if I leave it on. We will see if any parasitic drain but shouldn’t be.
