The product is very good but the delivery charge is very expensive.

It has a great flavour and taste. I use it in baking. It tends to granulate a bit. I live in very humid place hence keeping in airtight container in addition to the ziplock is a must. It also comes with a special handwritten thank you note.

Me and my family loved the flavour...and tried it with coffee and its really good. The lid was tightly packed.so be careful while opening the bottle for the first time. And the delivery was very fast. Im placing an order for the next bottle now itself.

Very difficult to take the sugar out. Its hardened and use a mighty knife to remove even a tablespoon of sugar

Transportation charges was very high... I wanted to purchase more pockets... Transportation charges are also Rs. 49 for every half kg pockets..couldn't purchase more pockets..

Rock hard and all the sugar stuck together in a small can. Am I supposed to break into small pieces before using it? Regret buying this brand. Ridiculous...

Its perfect, sweetness is well balanced.Quality is perfect. Everything is nice except the delivery charges, it too much.
