I have tried many different kinds of multivitamin in the past mostly to help me obtain some of the vitamins and minerals I don't get from my diet. I honestly have to say that this one has stand out above the rest. I feel more energy and mental clarity with this product than with the others I have taken before. Received bottle and some capsules were broken. So all the capsules were covered in the substance that supposed to be inside the capsules.

I originally purchased my first bottle about two months ago. I had been taking Metformin and Insulin and got tired of the needle pricks and side effects of the Metformin, so I did some research on Amazon reviews and tried it. I am very happy with the results so far. I take one capsule twice a day and my blood sugar is within normal range, even though I cheat a lot and eat deserts. Gives you energy

The package delivered timely but when I opened it the bottle was crushed. inside the bottle there was a powder residue all over the capsules. They were all in tact and the total number was accounted for. Also, there was no moisture packet in the bottle.
