Great for low sodium recipes.. You can add your own level of desired seasoning for healthier low sodium recipes. Great fllavor..

Mostly good but waited for it
I'd given five stars if it arrived when it was supposed to, but it took about a week instead next day. My plans for cooking had to be totally changed. I'll see what happens with my next subscription order and maybe they'll get it here on time. Otherwise I like the flavor and fact it's free of added salt and I can add my own salt to my liking.
