They do provide the dispensing nozzel
It's just a 10 rupees spare , dispensing machine is usually purchased or already owned so that's not a problem, but a small value spare like nozzel is difficult to buy online. Would be better if they bundle the dispensing nozzel along with the product.Update: The spare was there and it's just that I didn't see it, just used it and created frames on my wall for DIY painting canvas. Used it for sticking wood on wall, amazing
