Sturdy, well built, poweful
Sturdy powerful and classy. Really loud. Sounds good, but would sound better with bass and treble controls added. Short start up guide, with user manual available online. Very compact and beautifully built. Very pleased on balance.

Well-built, but sluggish to connect & respond - RETURNED
This really is a handsome, well-built little unit - sturdy and solid - oozing quality on the outside - and it even sounds great too - but I had consistent problems with it taking too long to connect to either the WiFi, or Bluetooth - and too slow to respond to interaction with the push-buttons on the front. I didn't feel confident it was just bad luck - that I'd somehow got a duff one, so decided to return mine rather than get a replacement. Such a shame as it would have been perfect in all other regards. So I've gone all DIY and put a Nobsound NS20G in an enclosure with a Google Chromecast Audio - so I've got Bluetooth and WiFi streaming for about half the price.

Nice Amp but with a couple if irritating issues **SEE UDATED REVIEW AT THE BOTTOM**
The media could not be loaded. so purchased this amp last month to run some monitor audio ceiling speakers but thought i would see how it performed on my 23 year old Mission 700 bookshelf speakers as we haven't had the extension finished yet and my impatiens get the better of my to have a play!!this a cracking little amp and gives my larger media amp a serious run for its money sound wise.. i actually think it sounds better which came as a little surprise to me as there's nearly a £350 price tag difference betwen the twoalthough i've not figured out the bass and treble settings (can't seem to find them in the manual either even though its claimed there is) the sound is clean and the bass is warm and the tiny frame of this is deceiving as it has a good weight to its and feels solid and the size is perfect to hide away on the book shelf but i do find the aerials ugly so they are folded down behind the unit but still signal receive fine and its a nice touch being able to change the led ring colour around the volume control between red, blue and green and also offsetting up the internet link was a bit fiddly but soon got it connected and the bonus is now anyone in the house that downloads the Tibo control app on their phone and tablet can now control it with ease also it links instantly after initial setupanother nice touch is the sleep and auto on mode where if it hasn't sensed any input for a while it goes to sleep but the minute it sense music being played it will turn back on .. although its a little odd how it does it... see below for thatBUTthings that i have noticed that are irritatingthe sound levels between bluetooth , line in and wifi are all at different levels as i found out when i tested the bluetooth from the pc and the line input again from the pc without adjust the sound levels and one was substantially louder than the other so be prepared to get deafened and dive for the remotethe selection between wifi, line in, bluetooth and optical modes is a little laggy as it doesn't feel like you have selected them at first and you press again and it skips your selection, also the voice used is harsh and announces to the neighbours which have selected .(cant seem to turn that off).. but when the unit has been off and you switch it onto wifi there's a nice voice that softly says 'wifi is now connected'also i have a samsung smart tv and for some random reason when i pick up my tv remote and press the source key to select a different HDMI input and use the remote to scroll through my screen select it also turns the amp up and it gets louder and louder all by itself and you cant stop it with having to grab the Tibo remote to turn it downthe auto on is a bit odd... when the unit is off (indicated by the slight glow of red and the volume control) and you start playing any sort of input the music will come through the speakers for about 10 -15 seconds ... and then stop...and then he unit will switch on... clever but not great when start playing a track and you have to start playing ait again to hear the whole trackdespite the niggles to get used to its a cracking little amp and i would certainly purchase another but they just need to sort out the remote control crosstalk issue and the sound levels between the modes**UPDATE TO REVIEW 17/02/22**ok the amp still works but i wish i hadn't of done the firmware update as i have now lost the Radio tuner part on the app also the remote packed up and i have tried to order a new one direct from tibo and they have now refunded me today with explanation, customer service is shocking which is a shame for such a great amp

Really impressive sound at a very small price
I have around 16 of these now around the entire house with in ceiling speakers ( cheap speakers) if your on a budget but want a very flexible internet streaming or Bluetooth system I would be surprised if you can get a better unit. Also the build quality in these things is buying an old Volvo. You see reviews for Tibo amps stating didn’t work etc mostly based on bad WiFi connectivity ( don’t think the si50 supports wired Ethernet) but I have a not so great mesh Wi-Fi system and once the amps are left to run for a while they just work. Love the way I can Bluetooth connect my echos to these and just ask Alexa to play the music. If you want to join these to form a group it couldn’t be easier just drag and drop them on a single device and your good. Not sure if they are even available anymore but definitely be getting even more Tibo stuff. Why pay 10x on sonos ??

Excellent value amp
Superbly made little amp. Lots of features and excellent sound quality. App works well, but could do with tone control (bass and treble at least).

Tibo SIA50 Smart Amplifier wow 🤩
I brought the Tibo bond 4 amplifier from in 2021 which alway absolutely brilliant . Decided to upgrade to this Tibo SIA50 Smart amplifier, . I am absolutely blown away by , the amount of details and transparency this amplifier digs up in music . Listening to music via Bluetooth on Apple Music .The Wi-Fi takes few seconds to Connect to the Internet . Got tone of Radio station via the internet. From all over the world.. Which you need Tibo app to work with this Smart amplifier . Great Amplifier from Tibo

Good sound but not great on WiFi
Really good sound. I do not have another amp to compare these to, but my Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 speakers sounds superb driven by this amp. I am not sure if I would get yet better results with another amp, but I am very happy with what I am getting with this set up.The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is that I have some problems with the WiFi sometimes....actually fairly often. The amp is less than 5 metres away from the router with no walls in between but has only about 50% reception according to the app. Additionally sometimes it connects to Spotify and then just stops playing or keeps playing but goes silent and takes a while to start again.Lastly I cannot connect it as a multi-room setup via WiFi to my Tibo Kameleon 6, which is in the kitchen (a room which has adequate WiFi for other devices). The problems with the WiFi are really disappointing. Otherwise I really like Tibo products for their design and sound quality and would like to buy a whole lot more.
