No way to adjust the band by removing links

Nice watch but will have to return it because there are no pin holes to remove links for adjustment. Hard to believe they would make a watch band that can't be adjusted. I have adjusted many watch bands by removing links with the proper watch tools but this one can't be adjusted.

I like,i just wish it was just only red Ruby's in the watch. Hopefully you all get one with just all green Ruby's ,y ellow rubys ,black rubys ,brown rubys. with no diamonds
