Annie Hot & Hotter Extra Large 2500Ceramic Ionic Hood Dryer, 8 Pound

I bought it so I could do roller sets. My hair is naturally Type 4. After about 30 minutes on the high setting, I have nice straight, Shirley Temple curls. It does not turn out kinky like it wouod if I were to just air dry my hair on rollers. The hairdryers aren't made like they used to, but after experimenting with other brands, this is sufficient for my needs.

Heat level and functionality are worth the money. Great Quality 👍 Lightweight.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!I purchased this Hot & Hotter Hood Dryer only 10-months ago and have used it less than 8-times. It is kept in my closet away from any adverse conditions. I tried to use the Hood today and it kept falling on my head (ouch!). When I looked for the reason, I checked the hinge, I now see why it wouldn't stay up. The hinge is broken in two places.I want my money back! This item should not be broken and is not worth a penny. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM! You will be throwing your money away.

Dryer worked well for high-lighting. This was the main reason for buying it. Very reasonably priced over all others.

I like the hair dryer. It does take awhile to heat up. I usually get Conair hooded hair dryers. I decided to try this one. If I had to do it again I would have gotten Conair. This one is a little flimsy. It drys my hair so it’s fine.

I've had this dryer before and liked it but this new one I purchased is just not up to par. The hood doesn't stay up on its latch and I have to either hold the hood with my hands or rest it on my shoulders so my whole head of hair can dry evenly. It still dries my hair but it's not very hands free, which defeats the purpose of being a hood dryer.
