Great wire for pottery, holds up at cone 6
I use this wire for making hooks on ceramic ornaments/wall pieces. It's thin and easy to cut or bend to shape. It holds up to a cone 6 firing and does not turn black. Will look at getting in more sizes

Very nice
Purchased this to learn how to wrap and build my own coils for the first time. It's really good learning wire as it's easy to work with, simple to calculate ohms as calculators have an option for the standard 26g wire (less complicated than fused Clapton or alien, for example), gives you good results and it's easy to remove hotspots and wick. Definitely want to dry burn this as with any wire to remove any residue. I'd like to try making some twisted wire out of this and see how it turns out. There's a coil master brand that is the same as this, I believe it's just sold under a slightly different name as it's marketed for a more express purpose than this, but the same great wire and results. Don't hesitate if you just want some simple, easy-to-work-with wire.

Great for ceramic / pottery wire
I believe most people use this wire for vapes and such - but yippee does it work amazing for pottery! I fire up to cone 6 and it doesn’t melt :) I’ve found repetitive firings can cause the metal to get brittle so any ‘hangers’ I make to support the charms in the kiln get discarded after a good couple firings. But, overall, it works perfectly. Super thin too! Never had any issues with warping or breaking in the hooks I make in the charms themselves.

dont use for vaping
I saw the comments about vaping but I'm being completely honest. I cleaned the coils as good as possible in an ultrasonic bath, brushing, and burning off the oil. left a chemical taste, plus irritated my lungs like crazy even after cleaning. If you plan on using this in a rebuild, just use what you can get from a local vape shop instead. But if you're using this for other purposes it might work.
