Perfect cake
I did not expect the cake to come out as perfect as it did, nor did I expect the pan to require so little cleaning after. My oven is total rubbish yet baked it perfectly all sides. Absolutely magical and worth every penny. It does look and feel rather small however is not that ‘tiny’ as other reviews state. Edit to add more photos. Absolutely love this pan just perfect!

Cake turned out perfectly. Here is the first (undecorated) attempt. I brushed the pan thoroughly first with melted butter. The recipe used was Tilly Pamment’s orange butter cake which will give you a good idea of quantities.

Nice for cream fruit flans
It definitely needs to be oiled and also floured, which wasn't on the instructions. I find a 3 egg Victoria sponge is a good amount.Fiddly to clean, but that's to be expected.Lovely when it is made

Amazing cake tin
I bought this to give a little something for a birthday cake I was making and it exceeded expectations. I also liked how easily it came out after spraying a little oil to grease it before baking. Everyone loved the cake and the tin. Highly recommend getting nordic ware cake tins.
