Great, active yeast
Thought I would give this yeast a go for making high-alcohol banana wine. At the moment, 1 day in, the yeast is very active. Around 1.5 inch of foam. Hopefully will make some potent alcohol!

The yeast turned up as described. At present it is fermenting some Blackberry wine, I assume everything is OK. Find out in 6 months time!
