They are nice, but I expect more lasting when I use it on a coloring page. Perfect for drawing, less for coloring.

I have many different brands of colouring pens and these are my favourite. The price seems to be a bit 'ouch' when you view the listing, and I hesitated on the 'add to basket' button as a result. However, I took the plunge and I am so glad I did. The colours are so vibrant and beautiful and the nibs are a fantastic quality, resulting in nice, smooth colouring. I would highly recommend these pens. These are definitely my favourite out of all the brands that I've tried. One pen lost the lid well over a month ago, and yet it's still going strong - I use these on a daily basis (I have health issues and am unable to work as a result, so I need something to fill my days and when my doctor suggested 'art therapy' as a way to pass time and get myself out of my own head, I thought, well, why not?) I bought these pens back in April, 2015. It's now August, 2015, and they're still going strong - not even a hint that any of them might be losing their ink (and sometimes I spend the whole day colouring, just to pass time). I simply adore these pens. If you like colouring in, or are just getting into it, then you will want to buy these pens.

I’ve been a fan of stabilo sketch pens since I was a child (more than 20 years ago), & I’ve always made sure to get the bigger set of pens whenever I find it. I was not easy to find more than 12 in UAE back then, I remember that I used to get them from Germany These are the best coloring pens (in my opinion) quality & richness in the colors You just have to take care of them & they’ll last until the last drop ! The way I use them in coloring (coloring in lines most of the times) & not pressing hard or in random directions is the key for your markers (regardless of the brand) to live longer

***Update*** I’ve finally colored with these markers so I wanted to update my review. I didn’t notice any bleeding on paper, however, my fingers were stained after so take that for what you will. Minimal streaks which is fantastic. I did notice inconsistency in the feel of the marker tips. Some of the tips are softer than others. The softer tips are easier to color wider areas. The stiffer ones are easier for more precise coloring. I prefer the softer tips personally because if I need precision, I’ll use my Fineliners. My guess is over time, all of them will soften up with use so it’s no biggie. The only thing I do wish is that there was more than a single shade of purple. Other than that I’m happy with the variety of colors. Overall, I’m still satisfied with my purchase. ********* I’ve been a fan of Stabilo ever since I purchased their Point 88 Fineliners. I love that these markers coordinate with the Fineliners so if I need a thinner line when I'm coloring, it's nice knowing I can use the same color. No, these aren't the cheapest markers. However, I believe the quality justifies the price. The color flows out nice and even with very minimal bleeding. It also dries very quickly. I haven't experienced any bleeding through paper, however, I've only been coloring on card stock. I LOVE that these pens aren't streaky as I color. That's one of my biggest complaints with pens/markers when I'm coloring and these definitely perform! The storage tin is an added bonus. I wish my fineliners came in something similar. The ONLY negative is that the plastic inserts that hold the pens are thin and hold the pens loosely. So be careful when you take the inserts out of the tin because it would be very easy for all the pens to slip out if you bend/flex the inserts at all. Something to know is that while this is a pack of 50, there are only 46 unique colors. I did not see that in the description, however, I could have missed it. It comes with 2 each of the red (48), blue (32), green (36), and black (46). Those are commonly used colors so it makes sense that they include extras. Overall I'm thrilled with my purchase and I'm sure these pens will get a lot of use!
