Some previous reviewers complain of difficulty and poor quality. It's a budget frame
Exactly what I wanted. Some previous reviewers complain of difficulty and poor quality. It's a budget frame. If you want high end, go and have a bespoke frame made. At my local suppliers that's about 4 times the price of this one and its still moulded MDF, with the steel holders in the frame and pre attached hangers on the back. I believe some like to complain purely for the sake of it. I have an illness that makes it difficult to manipulate small items. I had no issue with the pins, the hangers or installing my print into the frame. Take your time, plan ahead and it will be perfect. Like mine.

Lovely frame, amazing price and I've just ordered a second one! Not sure why people are struggling with it.
This is obviously a budget frame but I'm not sure what has caused other reviewers so many problems.Delivered with corner protectors on to prevent damage in transit. It is made from light, sturdy MDF with a wood effect covering. Nicely finished, no dents or ripples. The "glass" is a light weight clear, thin perspex that has film on both sides for transportation and needs peeling off before use.The back board is a fairly standard thickness board with the folding metal tabs that are commonly used in framing to hold it in place. It really isn't hard to work out at all:Turn the frame face down, fold all the metal tabs upwards towards the edge of the frame.Lift out the back boardLift out the perspex and peel the backing off both sides.Put the perspex back inPut your item to be displayed inPut the back board back in with the hanging hook in placeBend back all the metal tabs so they lay flatDone!!It comes with two hooks that slide over the backing board so you can hang it landscape or portrait. If you hang it landscape maybe use both hooks equidistant so the frame is well supported. As it is made with lightweight materials the frame is lovely and light so it is easy to hang. No fancy heavy duty rawl plugs/screws/fixing are necessary, just standards nails or screws.I pull an A1 map inside the frame without a mount an it fit perfectly and hangs beautifully.

Lightweight Frame ideal for partition / stud walls
This frame has perspex (not glass) so is very lightweight. Having said that I felt that the frames were well made in relation to the price. I was concerned when people had written bad reviews but maybe they don't know that a frame this size would cost well over £100 if it was made of wood and glass. I would recommend. Take care when removing the plastic film covering both sides of the perspex as it is stuck on very well and if you bend the perspex it will snap.

FRAME....i wanna live forever...i wanna learn how to fly....#earworm
I've ordered two different sized frames from these guys, and thought for the price, they were not bad quality. As my mum used to say 'you get what you pay for!'Had a nice little bonus on the second frame delivery too, a very small desk frame as a gift, just the right size to put a picture of the love of my life in....my cat.All in all, very pleased, the items arrived promptly and well packaged, and I would use these people again. *thumbs up*

Excellent value and look more than their money
Arrived well packed and complete - worth mentioning as this is often not the case with some things I've purchased through Amazon. Others have mentioned poor quality and or damaged frames received. I was either fortunate or they were unlucky because mine are fine. The perspex was protected on both sides by a thin 'static' film. The trick is finding a tiny piece at an edge that you can grab on to and then remove the film - not easy. The frame seems sturdy, well-made and the mitred joints are very tight with no visible gaps. There were some tiny areas where the black finish had revealed the MDF beneath, but nothing that a Sharpie couldn't fix (I bought the black frames) I am thrilled with these frames and will definitely be returning to this company for more. My one issue is that the perspex is SO clear that it is almost too reflective; the option of non-reflective or matte perspex would be wonderful and worth any extra cost involved.

Let down by flimsy hanging clip
The frame itself was good and the perspex (like pseudo glass) is fine. However, the product was let down by a very flimsy hanging clip. After I had put my poster, in its mount, inside the frame and sealed it with the back on, I went to hang it. But the frame's hanging clip bent under the weigh of the frame and its contents. So the whole thing fell off the hanging pin and fell to the floor. Good job it wasn't real glass, otherwise it would have smashed.

Cheap, a little nasty, but overall decent vfm
Looks good, debatable quality / value.First arrived damaged, cracked all the way through frame. Poor build, poor packaging, probably not treated as fragile by couriers.Replacement arrived with a small fault in the perspex 'glass'. Luckily could use the glass from item one so had one useable frame between the two items sent.I think it's a cheap but reasonably low quality frame - i.e. you get what you pay for. So overall, fairly reasonable value for money if you want to frame a poster, if you know that it's possible that item may not be perfect.Probably not really good enough for a proper art print, and worth spending a bit extra.Summary, good enough for a Pokémon poster for kids room, and customer service this seller was good at least.
