This helmet massager is terrible. The advertised app control is not functional--I have tried on both iOS and Android and it won't connect to the device even though it is discoverable when on. The scalp massage heads do not provide any kind of kneading or vibrating massage and just compress onto the scalp, which only feels uncomfortable. It seems like the opposite of a massage. Same is true for the two nodes at the back of the head that do not appear to serve any sort of function at all. The air compression on the eyes, temple, and back of neck seem to 'work' but the results are at best wholly unimpressive. Using this device only gave me a headache. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

I wasn't sure with all of the bad reviews if I should get this, but I'm glad I did! It's awesome! The day it came in I had a headache so it was perfect to try immediately. Charged pretty fast within an hour. It really hits the sinus and temple really well. I am not a fan of the bird sounds with a headache but it connects to YouTube music and I can just do soft meditation music or ASMR. I had to stop myself from falling asleep in it! My husband stole it for the moment but as soon as I'm done writing this I'm taking it back lol

I waited for more than a week for the product to come and I was very excited to use it. When the product came it was a used and opened box. There was no instructions manual, no power supply, no where mention of what's inside the box. When turned on it did not work. Very disappointed. Do not expect a $320 item to come used or with a broken seal.

In theory this was exactly what I was looking for but the product needs a bunch of work. The scalp massager is more like a kneader, doesn’t really work at all. The temple massage function needs a lot more power and the massager head needs to dig in more. This product is way over priced too, maybe if they released an upgraded one I’d consider it but I’d pass on this.

The massage quality is not bad but not the quality you would expect for the price. I cannot turn off the horrible canned music that it plays by default. It’ll will not connect to Bluetooth. This is cheap jewelry box music that cannot be tolerated for more than a few seconds. Why????

It almost feels like real hands squeezing my head, in a GOOD way...And I saw comments say the bluetooth doesn't work. it's not true for me . You just need to simply download the app "breo", and turn on the massager, then in app, under `Device` select `more products` and find the idream5. There's NO need to connect to bluetooth from iphone setting.BTW, I actually found and tried this product in BeiJing Airport, and I was shocked about how comfortable it was, so when I almost decide to pay, I found that the same type on Amazon USA is around $100 cheaper than what it sells in China, <unfair> so I bought it on Amazon. But I might have made a wrong decision, cuz it feels slightly different, maybe, this product has been adjusted to the shape of the American people's heads

The concept is cool, but execution is terrible. It doesn’t not fit well. My boyfriend and I have same bad experience with it. We have to put it on extra tight in order for it to not tip forward or backward, which resulted in painful press on the cheeks. The scalp massage is practically useless. Audio jack is lose. Cannot turn the music off. Overall bad experience and we returned it after each using it twice. I actually purchased another eye massager from same brand as replacement gift and was equally disappointed.

Most relaxing and comfortable device, my head pain gone, calm before sleeping.. love it!
