I purchased these before about a few years ago. And, they were a big hit with the nursing staff that I gave them to for Christmas. Great item to throw into a gift bag with other treats. Once the pen is extended, it's very comfortable in your hand and easy to write with.

Purchased for Nurses Week. All the nurses just loved their gift.

An easy, inexpensive prize for kids. Cheap material - yes - but kids love them.

Blue ink, not black. But still cute.

It's adorable! I bought this to give out to my staff and they all... Guys and girls alike loved how cute it was. Just be careful....a few then did not write as the ink had already dried out. And a few of them malfunctioned as there was some extra plastic that keep the pen from extending completely. But overall for the cost and kawaii-ness.... Worth it!
