It's a Flek Water Softner....nuff said
It's not as simple to setup as I thought, but wasn't extremely difficult. Our old water softener from a big box store that came with our house went bad. Knowing Flek makes good ones and not wanting to spend $1500+, this was a no brainier. Water is soft and silky almost like it has moisturizer in it or something. Absolutely love it.

Performs as expected
The softener works exactly as intended. I purchased this to replace a 12 year old Kenmore unit that had lost it's capacity to produce soft water. Once I received all of components, installation was easy with help from the online videos. Make sure you plan ahead and get all of the correct hoses and fittings before cutting into existing plumbing.

Great unit/good service
We got this and got it installed. about a month after a valve got stuck open and leaked water during a recirc. Contacted company sent some photos and then sent out a replacement head unit.

Water Softener
Great water softener, installed easy (well, my husband did it). The water tastes great. The price is very competitive. I was glad to get this brand on Amazon because it has such good ratings.
