Worked great! I bought some me high end cabinets and was shorted a cam lock. I knew getting one on Amazon would be quick and the quality of the kit was better than the original hardware!

Product was prefect but I had to return it because the screws were just a little to big so I had to get smaller ones.

The cam lock set did not come with any instructions to install them if you are drilling your own holes (nothing about hole diameters, distances from the edge to the center of the holes, etc). If you're using these as replacement in furniture that already had cams, it might work in that application, but for my application where I wanted to build my own furniture from scratch, there were too many unknowns, and I couldn't get them to work without further instruction.

For me, these worked perfectly after I modified them. The black plastic bit made it too thick to go in the hole. But I was able to snap them off without too much trouble and it worked perfectly. That being said, I wouldn’t worry that I snapped them off- it was sturdy enough to stay in place if that’s what you need.

These are cheaper than cheap cam locks. Cheaper than IKEA even. The locks themselves twist and deform with hardly any pressure, and the plastic threaded inserts kept causing the screws to not end up straight. The screws themselves are fine.I tried to make the best of these, but eventually gave up.

I liked the plastic around the shaft of dowel making it thicker than others, but the actual cam lock is cheap, thin metal. The individual picture of the three pieces shows a different sturdier cam than what is in the package.
