Lumino 2-inch Faux Wood Cordless Window Shade, Room Darkening, White, 35'' W x 60'' H

These are nice faux wood blinds. I have used these blinds everyday for a while before writing this review. They are very easy to open & close and to raise & lower even though my blinds are large and cover double windows. They are light weight compared to real wood blinds and seem to be very sturdy. They do have the wood grain look on the slats that some faux wood blinds don't. I have purchased a couple of these now and am very happy with the product. My first box arrived bent, 1 end completely open and metal pieces falling out of a hole in the box. Which was NOT the companies fault (I blame that on the shipping co). I contacted the company and they wanted me to send it back (they would provide a shipping label). I said that was fine but they needed to schedule a pickup because it was to large and heavy for me to carry and load in the car. After some back and forth with this company and amazon because they didn't seem to want to have the item picked up, they wanted me to find the shipper and take it to them, I was asked to take pictures of the box and email them to the company. I was sent out a new one after this. Please be sure to follow the directions on measuring as an 1/8 inch can make a huge difference. They do no offer return shipping. It cost as much to ship it back as it does to buy it. I found this out when I ordered a blind and got a message that the payment didn't go through. Thinking there was an issue with my card I re ordered using a different card because I was not home to check into things at that moment. Well there must have been a glitch in the processing because both cards were actually charged and I got received 2 blinds. 1 Of which I didn't need. It cost way to much to ship it back and they would not bend on that even though it was not my fault. So my final word would be that the blinds are great but not so much when it comes to dealing with the company.

These blinds are perfection. Did 3 windows in about an hour! They look great. If you take your time in measuring, its seamless, and very satisfying. Better than 1/2 the cost and didn't have to wait 3 months for custom from big box store which didn't even provide the valances.

The pandemic made me do it. Since being transitioned to remote work, I spend a lot of time staring at the window/blinds in my home office during soul-crushing conference calls. The old blinds were functional - 20yr old basic 1" mini blinds with a cord that my feline house masters liked to attack. One day, during a work call, I realized that maybe new blinds would upgrade my room and make me ... happier? I always thought I had standard, basic ol' windows in my basic ol' house. I could just go to {insert giant retail store here} and pick up new blinds. Umm, nope. I guess 30" width windows are "custom"?!? Anyway, once I realized I was going to have to ORDER the fancy new window treatments that would change my life, I decided I should also order blinds for the big ol' window in another room. 62" and 30" widths should've been easy to find online at {insert retail hardware store here}. Right?!? Wrong. Once I did find blinds to maybe fit my windows, I realized there were plenty of other options out there to bring happiness without killing my wallet. On the brink of (overly dramatic) despair, I turned to Amazon. I figured it would be somewhat easy to find the blinds in the size, style, and color I envisioned. Umm, wrong again. The pursuit of happiness sure is challenging. But, I found Lumino eventually. And wow!! I found exactly what I needed - for both windows. Less expensive than the offerings at {insert those hardware retail stores}! The blinds arrived days before they were expected, and were super easy to stall. They're quite impressive, sturdy, easy to clean, and most importantly -- give me happiness that only a perfectly shaded window can bring.

We ordered 2 sets of blinds and one arrived damaged. I reached out to Lumino and they kindly and quickly sent us a replacement. My fiance said they were "fairly easy" to install and we are happy with the look of them. We decided to place another order. The blinds were for our living room, and about a week after installing them, 2 of the blinds had broken. We have a kitten who likes to sit in that window and will pull the blinds out so he can sit in between the blinds and window... so I know that they had been moved, but I was surprised at how quickly and easily they had broken.

We purchased these blinds because of the 84 inch length which we needed for our garage windows. Similar item was going to be more than twice the price at one of the bigger box stores. They arrived quickly, look great and went up very easily. Functionality is great, fit was perfect.

These blinds are a great upgrade over my old metal mini blinds. The blinds feel high quality and look great. Installation was relatively straightforward as well. First set did have damage from shipping which I unfortunately discovered after the return period was up. I contacted the seller and to my delight they responded next day and offered a replacement. Great customer service!

I’m giving this product one star because it broke after only 1 year and 6 months of use. When I contacted the seller about the issue, they told me the warranty only lasts for one year — which is unacceptable for a window blind that costs over $100. A product like this should at least have a two-year warranty. Very disappointing. Before it broke, I was mostly happy with the color, fabric quality, and functionality. The blind looked clean and modern, and it worked smoothly. Installation was fairly easy, and the instructions were clear enough. However, the product size was actually 0.5 inches shorter than what the title listed — something I only noticed after installation. The information about the shorter size was hidden in the fine print and pictures, which should have been mentioned clearly in the product title or description. Overall, everything seemed fine until it failed so soon. For the price, the quality and warranty are not worth it.
