The Perfect Paring Knife
Feels like butter in your hand. Elegant and comfortable shape with an excellent weight distribution. Cutting with it is a joy. On the expensive side but for something we use so often it’s worth it.

Love this knife
This is a great little paring knife. I really like the weight and shape of the handle. It holds its edge and has become a go-to knife when working in the kitchen

Handles crack/break
I have been using this brand for years, and love the weight and quality of the steel. But when I replaced some of my very old, ugly knives with new ones, I see that almost all of them have cracks in the handles, and none are more than one year old. I have never put them in the dishwasher, and only use them at home occasionally. When I search on the Internet I see that this is a very common problem, and they will replace them but it’s a very long procedure requiring me to ship the knives back to them. I’m just not willing to go through all of that. My solution is to buy global or other brands that don’t seem to have the same problem. Very sad that respected manufactures don’t care about their quality anymore.

It's a Zwilling Pro knife, and lives up to reputation
Zwilling Pro 3" paring knife is amazingly sharp and easy to maneuver. Sometimes a 4" paring knife is just a little too large for some smaller cuttings. This knife is great and will last my lifetime. Delivery was as promised. Would buy again.

Great for Canning and Paring
My very favorite knife. I love the compact size of this knife. I do a lot of canning and this knife fits in my hand perfectly. Well worth the price. Excellent quality. The curve on the knife is unique. I also own their bigger chopping knife with same curve. I love it as it rocks really well when cutting fine items. It will last a lifetime.

High quality knife
Very sturdy paring knife. Nice long handle for comfortable and firm grip. Blade has a wide heel as well which is nice

Best paring knife
Perfect weight, perfect fit in my arthritic hand. Like all paring knives, it has a sharp point to get the 'eyes' out of a potato, but it's the unique convex curve of the blade that makes peeling an apple or piece of celery precise and smooth. I have purchased other brands and been unhappy with knives too heavy, blades too thick and quickly dulled. From now on it is only Zwilling Henckel in my active kitchen. Well priced, they are also great gifts for the cooks in the family!

Not a good pairng knife but...
I got the 3 inch version of this knife with the rounder blade. I was thinking that with those features it might perform better. It did not. For some reason it was not as easily controllable as most of the others and the cut ended up too long and too deep. The handle is rectangular and is sort of a medium weight compared to the other knives. It is still a light handle because it is a pairing knife after all. I do not like it compared to rounder handles but I am sure that is just personal preference. It is sharp. But not insane sharp like some of the higher end knives. It arrived in perfect shape. For my hands and preferences, this was a bit disappointing. It is not bad by any means. But it is not even in my top 10. Edit: After living with this thing for awhile I have new respect for this knife. It is bad as a pairing knife in my opinion. But as a chopper and a slicer it is great! It is my favorite beater kitchen knife and I use it all the time now.
