The motor on this item is so weak. The window for return closes before I could really put to use. The batteries are brand new Duracells and it's still struggling to pull the cork out. Maybe the should leave a bit more time for you to return or exchange. Everyone doesn't use these things regularly. Not happy with this at all. I'm sure they will give me a problem if I call. Lesson learned because they're not as loyal to us as customers as we are as consumers.

This would be great if by the time the corkscrew got to the bottom of the cork the battery didn't die. It doesn't seem to matter how long I charge it. It's just junk. Maybe I got a lemon, but now it's stuck in a cork, still in a wine bottle and I am thoroughly unamused. This will be going in the trash as I'm now outside the return window. Would not recommend this item.

Only thing I'm dissapointed with is that they come with special instructions on how to use and what to use them on and they dont give you that info untill after you buy it. For example, you can only use it on wise bottles that dont have big lips, and you cant use it on bubbly/ carbonated bottles like Risata Moscato D'Asti Sparkling wine. I bought it for my mom and she couldnt use it on her moscato, which was the whole reason for buying it lol...

I got this as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it! The foil cutter works super well and has been super useful- something I didn't even know I needed. The opener itself also is super easy to use and has fun lights as a nice touch.

I purchased this automatic wine opener to replace another one that I had that just fizzled out! I really like the ease this wine opener has when I open wine!! Everyone should have one!!

どうも上手くいくときと、いかないときがある。ワインの瓶の口に器具をあてるときに、浅くセットされるので垂直に構えるのが難しい、ちょっとでも斜めに入るとコルク栓が素直に上へあがってきません。そういうところでしょうか。ハイそれではよろしくお願いいたします。

最近ワイン飲むとき簡易栓抜きが壊れ、ハサミで無理矢理栓を抜こうとしてハサミも曲がった。少し高いがデザインも良いので買いました。先程始めて使いましたが、簡単に栓が抜けます。こんな素晴らしい商品は久しぶりデス。プレゼントしても喜ばれると思います。ワインを飲む回数が増えそうデス。(^.^)
