If you have, or may get incontinence, these are a lifesaver. They are heavy plastic and go on over your underwear.

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m so happy about these that I have to. I want to let others know how much I like them. I wore them for the first time when I was extremely sick with the flu and very weak. So weak that I couldn’t always make it to the toilet in time. What a relief to have these on and shield the furniture. They have been a game-changer for me. When I recovered, I thought I’d only use them at night for the protection. Wrong!! I am using them night and day and feel so much more secure and confident about my incontinence. I don’t worry as much and that has been wonderful. I feel like I’ll be able to do a few more things now without the constant worry. I just rinse them out in the sink in the morning, hang them up to dry, don another pair and I’m good for the day. I haven’t put them in the washing machine yet but I don’t anticipate a problem. I’ll just wash them in a gentle cycle and hang to dry. They actually hold a lot as I seem to “drain all night long.” They are expensive but for my problem I think they are well worth it. I have bought 6 pair now, xxl and xxxl and I think the xxl are the best fit for me although I’ll wear both. They have been a big help to me.

These work well enough. Glad I bought them. They don’t compare to the more expensive brands, however. The fit was fine.

The sizing is bad. Very baggy in the middle. Tight in the leg openings. Hard to get on. Uncomfortable. Noisy. However, my sheets were perfectly dry, so they’ve got the main purpose nailed. And they are not expensive.

I really like the sturdiness of these plastic panties, as my Mom has to wear them nightly, due to incontinence. However, under these, she has to wear a pull-up diaper and 2 heavy duty Poise Pads stacked on top of each other to absorb a night’s worth of urine. I did not consider this when ordering and should have upped from a size L to XL. I did order another pair and went with the larger size and found it to be a better fit. it’s a well made product, but a bit on the pricey side. I did learn after purchasing a cheaper product that you get what you pay for, and also learned to not use bleach with any plastic pants, as it does weird things with the elastic waistband, causing them to rot and loose their elasticity, making them pretty much worthless. I do recommend this product, but wish they’d lower the price.

Unfortunately, these were way to big. My dad wears a medium and I ordered a medium. I should have heeded other's feedback saying these were too. We needed at least two or three sizes smaller and there is only one size smaller, so we've returned. Thus if you are a large, I recommend ordering a small and then on up. We are returning and have to look at another product which will be truer to size.

I am my mother's caregiver 24/7. She is incontinent and has dementia. I use these over her diaper and it has saved me so much. Mainly it saves my sanity. This "Cover pant", has prevented leakage in clothing and bedding, and upholstery, which saves me time, energy and money in having to do all that extra cleaning.I bought 5 pair. My mother is a medium size, but I bought large to accommodate the diaper and they work well. I wash them in the washing machine, but I line dry them so that they aren't damaged in the dryer. I've had them well over a month and have washed them many times. They don't retain any odor. As soon as I remove a soiled one, I soak it in a bin with water and a liquid deodorizer/ disinfectant. When I'm ready, I toss them in the wash and line dry afterwards. They have maintained their shape and their protection level.

I used measurement chart provided, but pants are very small and does not fit.
