Better than expected!
Great product. I was skeptical as I’ve only used custom orthotics since I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. That said; I was not trying to spend hundreds again and wait weeks to get them in. I’ve worn the same pair of orthotics for too long and honestly haven’t found anything I’ve liked other than custom fit ones. Well; from the moment I pulled out my old inserts and added the new SOLE inserts; my feet actually felt happy. Not annoyed and in pain like I get with most shoes (if you have plantar fasciitis you know what I mean). Just satisfaction. They offer great arch support, nicely cushioned in all the right places and keeps me flat versus an incline with many other brands of inserts. I let the insoles get used to my feet for a few hours each day and over the last week of wearing them in very impressed. They fit my shoes well and as long as your shoes are loose enough it should be fine.

Fixed My Foot Pain—Now I Put These in EVERY Pair of Shoes 👟 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
Quick answers: Do they help with overpronation? Yes Can they be trimmed? Yes Are they good for standing long hours? Yes Do they have a money-back guarantee? Yes Are they made for running? Yes I originally bought these during a bout of plantar fasciitis, alongside physical therapy—and together, that combination worked. But here’s the real reason I’m writing this review: I never stopped using them. Now I put these in every pair of shoes I own. I even buy a half size up when needed just to fit them comfortably. I’ve purchased multiple pairs so I don’t have to keep swapping them between shoes. Why I keep buying them: Noticeably improves comfort in any shoe Great support for long days on your feet Helps with alignment/overpronation Easy to trim for a custom fit Unexpected bonus: I wash them in the washing machine regularly (air dry), and they’ve held up incredibly well—no breakdown, no loss of support. At this point, I truly believe they’re helping keep my plantar fasciitis from coming back. I’ve tried a lot of other brands, and these are the ones I keep coming back to. Bottom line: If you deal with foot pain or just want more support, these are a no-brainer. I’m officially a lifelong fan—will keep buying again and again.

Comfort and fit
Best insoles I’ve ever had. I bought one pair and put them in my work boots. After two weeks they got even better so I bought another pair for my ariat boots. I have narrow feet so my boots always fit a little loose even when I buy b width. With these insoles I have a perfect fit and so comfortable.

Not bad, not great, just good enough
I have had this pair of insoles going on several months in my boots and I have to say....These just don't have the same great feel of my previous pairs. The arch sits to far back for these to be worn long term and I can feel small inconsistencies (ridges and lumps) in the foot bed after an hour or so. The material under the toes is already starting to ball up and toe-holes are starting to form in the foam. Now, I've used Sole insoles for 15+ years while in the military. I didn't have to buy insoles very often due to their EXTREME DURABILITY and long term comfort. I swore by them. I had a pair in my rucking boots and field boots, used them on multiple deployments and in my garrison boots. Even recommended to my soldiers that had debilitating foot issues. In fact, I still have the first pair I bought in my hunting boots and they're still great. Maybe it's the fact that I have them in slip on work boots and not lace-up military boots. Perhaps it's just a fluke. Jury is still out on that. Sole hasn't lost my loyalty yet, and i don't dislike these enough to jump ship... But, if my next pair are this uncomfortable, I think I'll have to find another brand.

Pain Relief From Day One – Sole Active Footbeds
Game changer for my work boots. Heated them, popped them in, and they molded instantly to my feet. Excellent stability from the deep heel cup and very solid, durable feel. They’ve helped a lot with back, knee, and foot pain. Pricey, but 100% worth it.

Try these insoles NOW.
These are very good quality insoles that provide great support with heal and metatarsal padding. I’ve worn insoles in all of my shoes for over 40 years, these are now in all of my shoes. I’m very active and these insoles are perfect for playing Pickleball and walking. I even put them in dress shoes when I’m forced to wear them. Best of all is that they are durable and comfortable at a great price.

Next-Level Arch Support with Innovative Design
I have previously used Superfeet Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis relief and found them effective. Wanting more insoles for different shoes, I explored other arch-supporting options and discovered SOLE. These insoles immediately impressed me with their functionality, providing just the right level of arch support—on par with many leading brands. SOLE stands out in its advanced construction. Unlike other brands that attach a rigid plastic to a foam base, these insoles integrate the soft and rigid portions seamlessly. This results in a consistent thickness from heel to toe, making them lightweight, easy to insert, and effortless to swap between shoes. They enhance natural foot movement where flexibility is needed while providing firm support where it’s required. There’s no excessive foam padding in the heel, just a well-balanced, effective design that feels great from the first step. After months of regular use, they still look and perform like new. Most importantly, they delivered instant relief from Plantar Fasciitis. The modern, minimal design is a bonus, complementing my footwear without looking bulky. I highly recommend them!

First time with the Met Pad, not a fan but Love the ones without.
I've been using the regular Sole brand Active Thick insoles for a decade now, but this is the first time trying them with the Met Pad. After a couple of days with them in my Justin slip-on work boots, the arch and the outside edge of the ball of my right foot started hurting bad, and hasn't stopped for several months now. My left foot is fine. I'm not entirely sure if maybe I hurt my right foot and just don't remember, or if it's due to the Met Pad. I believe it's the Met Pad. Therefore, I heated up the right insole with a heat gun and reformed it to remove the pad, and it helped a little bit, but I'm still having sometimes severe foot pain on that side. I've stopped wearing my boots for a while and bought a new pair of Sketchers work tennis shoes. Hoping this will help with time. I plan on getting a new set of the regular insoles again, but without the Met Pad in the future, and I will keep buying them as needed for as long as they are still on the market because they have really helped me overcome some some very severe foot issues and pain since purchasing my first set in 2015. I'm 6'0" tall and have gained a lot of weight since 2021 after an almost deadly auto accident, as well as several surgeries since then to fix the stuff it screwed up, and I'm up to almost 300 lbs now. When I was on average ~230 lbs and working like a crazy person every day, the regular insoles would last me about a year. Hope this helps.
