I am a physical therapist & recently purchased this machine for our clinic after extensive research on vibration platforms. We have an oscillating version that I had been using for my back pain but had no improvement. In addition, I find it jarring to your joints.The Ultimate Vibe arrived & I stood on it for 3’ low amplitude @ 15Hz. When I stepped off the machine my back pain was gone. It was not until I laid down for bed that I realized how amazing it is. My job is very physical so at the end of the day when I go to bed my legs, joints, & back ache. My muscles feel tight & my legs feel like they have sludge in them. That was all gone! My muscles, joints, & back were completely relaxed. It was truly incredible!I have been using the Ultimate Vibe all week at the same intensity for 3’. Every day my body feels better & better. The tightness in my neck & upper traps are gone. My posture is better, my muscles & joints move more freely, & I lost 3# without even trying!I was so impressed with the results that I purchased one for home. The vertical/linear vibration is so healing to the body. It is a well thought out machine with many benefits. I have not received any financial incentive to write this review. I paid full price for both machines & her books. As a physical therapist we want to help people. This machine has the potential to help so many people & that is why I recommend it. If you chose to purchase one I hope that it also brings you better health!!!

Love this vibration machine! This is my third vibration machine that I have purchased, and by far the best! A much better workout than the others, quiet motor , larger platform, and a superior work out. Also, Becky is fantastic! She answered my emails right away, gave me great information, And was right there when I needed her help. I waited a couple of years to save the money to buy this machine because I knew it was the best of the best and I’m not disappointed. It is a fantastic machine, and I’m already noticing results!. I highly recommend it to anybody that wants to try the vibration therapy. It’s a wonderful way to work out, and also gives you better sleep, lowers your stress levels, increases your bone density, everything good for your body, this machine does :-). Worth every penny!

I was diagnosed with osteopenia about 10 years ago. A white male in my mid-60s, this came as quite a shock. Of course the docs wanted to put me on a regimen of prescription drugs that warned of side effects worse than softening bones. I decided to go on a regimen of weight lifting instead. I joined a health club, and over the next 10 years I increased my visits to three days weekly, lifting a combined total of over 50K pounds during an hour. I returned to the rheumatologist for another scan in 2019. Hardly any change was noted. But at least I was holding my own instead of getting worse. Then CoVid hit and the gym closed. I began searching for a home alternative. I happened upon vibration therapy about this time and thought I would try it. So I bought a cheap machine for $100 that oscillated. I had only used it for a short time when Becky Chambers published her book, “Whole Body Vibrations for Seniors”. What I read there made sense. I decided to scrap the oscillator and invest in the Vibrant Health Power 1000, bought from Amazon in June 2020. I followed Becky's guidance and started slowly increasing my time on the machine to 20 minutes daily after about 4 months usage. The first improvement I perceived was the loss of the usual aches and pains that I had had for years. Next I realized that despite the absence of strenuous exercising at the gym, I seemed to be maintaining my vigor and stamina. In short, I was feeling great! A year after using the 1000 I went back to the rheumatologist in 2021 for another scan. She found that I “had clear bone density gains at the 3 most important sites since 2019 (total spine, total hip and femoral neck.” I told her about the 1000. She was familiar with the concept and promised to read up on it. Needless to say, my investment paid off. Best money I ever spent!

The week it arrived 4 of us tested it. Me in my 30s with logging accident damage to my ankle, a fellow with cancer, a women with a partial knee replacement, and a lady in her 70s. All of us saw things we liked. Most visible was the swelling reduction in the woman with the knee, for me it was better articulating in my ankle that is almost frozen from damage. Fantastic ability to modulate the machine to the user...That said WHO THE F><& DESIGNS A MACHINE WITH A PLUG ON THE VIBRATING PLATFORM?!? Why isn't the brain and plug on the base or at minimum equipped with a whip cord? If you advance to maximum vibration you have to tape or manually hold the plug while in use. This is a major detractor. Maybe if I had a concrete floor or something it would help, but this is a serious design flaw. Love the machine but it has flaws.

Just a quick review note. My wife wanted this and she seems to really like it. It's part of her joint therapy, and it's the model used at her doctor's office. I've tried it, and I don't really see what it's all about. It's more expensive than some other models on Amazon, but it does seem to be rather sturdily built. The rate and intensity of vibration can be adjusted via a remote control.

I am here to say I really enjoy my ultimate vibe plate. But also I am here to say that the owner and founder Becky Chambers. I bought my vibration plate 2 in a half weeks ago, it arrived 5ish days or so later. I plugged it in and used it for a few days, but it was very loud, so I wanted to be sure that it was working properly or even sounding correctly. I called Becky, and she answered right away. She had me send a video of the sound, and she confirmed it was not sounding correct. So she had me send it back and she sent me a new one. I just got it today, and it is SO MUCH BETTER! It's quieter, as well as it feels like it vibrates more than the first one. I am very happy with the item, even the first one was good, I mean it did help with some pains I was having in my foot, so it was doing a job, just not its full job. The replacement is definitely doing what it is meant to do!
