Don't buy junk equipment
EliteFTS always makes excellent equipment, everything is built to last. Spend the extra few bucks.Great value at $30. Very easy to adjust. Its not exactly comfortable, but for what its intended for what do you really expect? Another reviewer stated the chain was cheap, however the one I received certainly was not.

Good harness
It's a good quality harness. If you let it get a little twisted, the straps will dig into the sides of your face. I mostly use it now rigged up to a belt to do weighted pull ups. Wrestler's bridges (reps--not just static holds) have done more for me than the harness. If you found a great way to use a harness, you will probably be happy with this thing.

Great harness. I had purchased a cheap neck harness, and regretted the purchase within the first workout. The ElireFTS neck harness feels very secure, and stable. Buy a great quality harness, this is your neck that we're talking about.
