Good one; but with a few errors.
There are a few errors in the book. The questions are sometimes incomplete and there are errors in the answers. For example, there's this question about a gain/ loss in an option and the correct answer is not available. When I looked up the answer, the book calculation matches with mine and they picked a letter for an answer. There were a couple other instances where this happened. There were also instances where the parts of the question are missing (I believe, test1, q58); I guess it is easy to fill in the details, but it could be very confusing if the question was actually worded like that on the actual exam.

Unnecessary extra
It is the simplest test prep material possible: 500 questions with answers and nothing else. I did about 1/4 of them and then switched to the STC material that I find most useful. Out of the questions I did about 5 contained wrong answers or some kind of a typo that makes the question ambiguous. I just passed the test and can tell that I find actual test questions more straightforward and to the point, and also some material included in this book's questions is not covered in the book and is not on the test. Overall, it wasn't waste of time and it is cheap, but I doubt one needs this book to prepare for series 7

In retrospect I thought this book would be a great subordinate addition to my main study book
In retrospect I thought this book would be a great subordinate addition to my main study book. To my surprise this book had a few errors in the answer key (material and typos) not consistent with the rationale explanation. A complete disappointment !!!!!!!!! In the middle of my study time in the library I read the answer key and had to completely close the book and leave . DONT BUY THIS BOOK, SAVE YOUR MONEY! Lots of mistakes. Get something else.
This book is terrible. The format is fine, but the problem is that a lot of the questions/answers are wrong or make no sense. One area that the author really struggles is options. He/she seems to have a very rudimentary understanding, so the questions are non-sensical.For example question #124 on the first exam asks "A customer purchases 1 XYZ 40 Call @ $6 and sells 1 XYZ 30 Call @ $3... The price of XYZ is $35... What best describes the strategy of this position?" As I said, this is a non-sensical question. You can never make money on this position, and the 30 call could not be trading for less than the 40 call, so you end up wasting a lot of time and things that make no sense. Also, there are just clear typos - for example question #87 on the first exam references stock ABC but asks a question about stock MNO so you might not be sure if it's a trick question or a typo (it is in fact a typo). My recommendation - get the Series 7 for Dummies if you are on a budget or pay up for the Kaplan version. I have all 3, and this one is by far the worst.

Don't Buy
I bought this a few weeks before I took my Series 7. After the book's first test, I saw I missed a few questions that I was sure I had answered correctly. After going through the questions, it turns out they made an error and listed the "Correct Answers" wrong - leading me to much needless panic. Spend the extra money and buy Kaplan's QBank which was the key to me passing the exam.

Incorrect Answers
I was shocked at how many answers were incorrect. I thought I did poorly on the first practice exam, but after reviewing the ones I got wrong I realized that many of my response were correct and the solutions page just had the wrong letter. This is a huge flaw and must be corrected.
