Miracle for Gut
I had PCOS, weight issues, hypothyroidism and rheumatoid arthritis... I took so many English medicines and steroids... result chronic constipation and indigestion... I started taking this daily last March and my July blood checkup came Normal... later I consume weekly once to keep my gut clean... Ayurveda says if gut is clean no ailments will bother us.... it's true in my case....
