I bought two of these locks last summer and I've been using them since then and I've been very happy with them as they look super cool and worked just fine and I thought that they're well worth their price compared to other locks available. Since I only used the combinations that I set them up with to open them, I haven't realized until recently, that one of them actually opened with ANY combination. I set mine up with a 6 digit code, but then I had realized that any code, 4 digits or more, actually opened the lock, just the same and I had been living with an entry door that could've been opened with any combination by anyone, for almost a year. When I noticed this, I had started to use an additional mechanic lock to keep my door safe which kind of defeats the purpose of having the keyless digital lock in the first place. Since the return window on this lock had already closed, I contacted the seller about my issue. They sent me instructions on how to reset it, which I did and since then my lock works perfectly. The reset can be done only from the inside, so it's safe. I wish I had known this a while ago, but eventually the issue got fixed and I'm happy with my lock again. I still recommend it and still think that this is one of the coolest looking lock which well worth it's price.

The one I received was defective. It says reversible but it was not.

Although it is not a wifi / app connected device, but it is really easy to install and it comes with clear instructions, I put this to inner door inside the garage, and it is well serve the purpose. The screen is easy to clean, however, you need to tap it on to activate the screen then you may enter the code. I would give 5 stars if there is a better way to unlocked manually, it requires tool to disassemble the handle before you can use the spare key to unlock the door if the battery power went out. I am waiting for to be verified is the battery life for the lock and the reminder when battery is low. For now, I am happy with the purchase

Easy installation! Quality product.

This is easily one of the most disappointing products I've ever purchased from Amazon. Upon arrival it was package nicely it did ship quickly. We measured the hole in the door was the exact parameters called for in the instructions and we still had to grind the door to make it fit because the doorknob was not to the proper. After about 2 hours of hassling with it we finally got it installed the touch screen is very unresponsive you would have to push buttons four or five times before it would light up to acknowledge you were trying to use your code. Worked wonderfully for about a week then the internals of the locking mechanism essentially exploded locking Us in the house. I will be seeking a refund or replacement for this product I do not necessarily recommend buying it as it is not worth anywhere near the money they're charging for the quality of materials you get Updated. The second door lock failed also and in order to open my door to get out of my house I had to destroy my entire door frame I have never in my life been so absolutely furious with the poor quality of a product

We have two of these. The only problem we had was that if a little one gets out they cannot get back in. Easy to install. Easy to change the code and can have multiple codes. Works great

I needed to replace a couple of outdoor locks. However, I needed something weather proof. The description said it was so I bought two. The touchpad requires the user to touch the pad, enter the code and then push pound. If you’re in a rush, it’s no convenient. However, this takes the burden away for needing multiple keys on a keychain. Installation was easy but the fit was very tight making it frustrating to screw parts together. A tiny Cotter pin secures the rectangular rod. It uses 4 AA batteries, included with the lock. To use a key, the handle has to removed. Not exactly ideal or practical. It doesn’t lock from the inside with a knob. It automatically locks itself. Programming was confusing, and I was not happy with that process. Luckily the reset button allows a factory reboot. It doesn’t have indicator lights or a beep to tell the user if the programming was accepted. Touch screen sensitivity is average. The outdoor housing is a nice brushed metal. Where the cut the budget was the thin plastic batter cover and the securing plate/screws. For a door I use only 4-5 times a year, it will work out ok. But, I expected more.

I know my door is not the prettiest lol but we have 4 kids plus neighbors going in and out all summer long. It wore out faster than I expected but it was put thru some abuse. If you have lots of people going thru the door all the time I would not recommend this one, but if your single and don't have terrifying children going around breaking everything not caring because they didn't buy it. I would totally recommend it.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I used this on the door into my garage. I wanted to keep my younger kids out since I had toxic liquids stored in there. I had a locked door set on, but it meant that if I locked it I would have to remember to bring the key every time I went into the garage and I am in and out of the garage many many times. This door lock is perfect since it automatically locks when I close the door and is easy to unlock using the key pad. I was a bit confused about the "anti-peek" feature but it just works. If I think someone is watching I just randomly enter a bunch of numbers and then in the middle of that random sequence, enter my real four digit code followed by some more random numbers. Once done, hit the # key and the thing unlocks! I love this. Way easier to install than some people have said and programming is a snap!
