Q: Can this be permanent on metal surface? Or will it run and disappear eventually? Do I need to finish it with some kind of finishing spray? Thanks

Hi, these pens are not permanent. To make it water resistant, please apply an acrylic sealer such as a Duraclear or Rustoleum clear coat or any kind of acrylic sealer.

Q: Do they come of over time cuz i want to customize my phone so does it scratch of?

I think on a phone they would probably scratch off after a while

Q: Do they write as thin as an actual pencil??

Yes it does. The thickness will vary a bit depending on the amount of pressure you apply. The result is very close to a pencil thickness.

Q: Can these be used on clothing? If so how do they hold up after washing?

Thank you for your question. Our acrylic pens are water-based so this probably isn't what you're looking for. They would most likely wash off after washing.
