MacBook and charger came in boxes and in very safe condition. My MacBook is beautiful and it doesn't get hot. It was very easy to set up aswell as the speed being not bad for a 2018 MacBook. Worth the money and the screen quality is really good but the keyboard screen quality isn't that good but it's fine.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas 2025, and it won’t turn on. We have tried all the hack, but nothing. Isn’t there a limited warranty with these?? If not, I won’t buy another.Found out the battery exploded inside causing internal damage, not repairable. Hard to find customer service, my daughter did reach out but never heard back. I would be cautious if I were you.

Loved the appearance, Performance, durability and Screen quality. Beyond great greatconnectivity and lowest heat production!!

So far so good! Laptop came in pretty quick, great secure packing and seems to be working good so far. My only complaint is that they should be cleaned a bit more before sending out and that the owner before me made quite the scratch marks. But for the price and the size, this was a great quality buy! Great job.

I payed around 650usd for this computer, I was a bit skeptical at first because of all the bad reviewed. First of all, the MacBook did have significant scratches and heavy signs of wear on the keyboard (look attached picture). Keyboard is a bit faulty, double spacebar is an issue, but I also had a brand new MacBook Pro 13 once that had the same keyboard issues, however, I mostly use an external keyboard to type so its not a big deal for me. The did send me an original charger, which is nice, and also the screen was completely flawless, no issues with it. One thing I consider absurd is that the battery had 1254 battery cycles, nonetheless battery holds up pretty well. Overall the machine works just fine, but I wouldn't call it an excellent condition refurbished, more like an "acceptable" state.Update: So after aproximately 3 months of use I can say this was a pretty solid purchase. Aside from the obvious wear, the laptop itself is reliable, battery lasts for a nice 4-5 hours while working on it. Increasing rating to 4 stars because I am obsessed with how much better this laptop is than my 2022 lenovo Legion 3 (I do a lot of software engineering stuff so I like nice screens and battery life over gaming performance).

I was a bit hesitant about buying a refurbished MacBook Pro, but I’m thrilled I did!The laptop arrived in pretty great condition—honestly, I wouldn’t have guessed it wasn’t brand new. It only has a couple of minor scratched on the top, but besides that, it has no visible scratches on the screen itself, and runs like a dream. The performance is incredibly smooth, and the battery life is fantastic—it easily lasts me through a full day or two of work without needing a charge.I also love that it came with an official Apple charger (which was a pleasant surprise since I’ve heard of other customers receiving third-party ones).The features themselves are advanced, making everything from multitasking to video editing a breeze. I feel like I got an amazing deal for a high-end product. If you're on the fence about going refurbished, I highly recommend it!

I have seen some pretty bad reviews about it not being a properly refurbished and how there was usually that there was a crack in the track pad but I got lucky and I didn’t see anything like that but what I did see was a little dent on the side and some very minor damage. Was is somewhat disappointing and time wasting is that it’s not updated so you have to waste 30-40 minutes updating it . I just want to say something you have to remember that these are refurbished and buying refurbished stuff is somewhat a 50-50 chance that you’re gonna get a really good quality. Yes I may be a few dents they didn’t catch and I can’t really back up the crack in the trackpad because you should be able to see that before sending it but also since he’s a refurbished people send them in and possibly the worst condition ever so at least it didn’t come in the box and thousands of tiny pieces but honestly it’s kind of good it’s just that I didn’t like the fact that I had to take some time to update the computer. Everything is really good. I did a comparison from a refurbished Windows and the refurbished a MacBook and honestly the MacBook ran better. It ran a lot faster and forgetting all the cracks and all that stuff is pretty good, but something I really don’t like especially as a student using it is that the the The capitalization key you have to hit it multiple times for it to actually activate as you can see in the video. Overall it’s pretty good just if you’re using it as like a computer coder you might not ,like sometimes the trackpad will not respond properly, which I am not a big fan of as someone who has you like a little bit of fast clicking I find this kind of ridiculous because you don’t hear it click so it kind of like sets me off so then I end up double clicking or triple clicking it’s just not that good. I know that this is just a design flaw on Apple‘s part but there’s not enough space on the back wall not really enough space but there’s not enough air vents so intense to overheat but overall pretty good!

The device has multiple serious issues that were not properly disclosed. There are many permanent cosmetic defects, including noticeable scratches and permanent discoloration. It appears that stickers were used to cover and hide some of these damages.The battery life is extremely poor and does not last for a reasonable amount of time. The device also becomes very hot during use and the fan runs extremely loud. After only a short period of use, purple dots and lines begin appearing on the screen, indicating a likely display failure.Overall, the condition of the device is far worse than expected and not acceptable. I have also had significant difficulty trying to contact the seller to resolve the issue or obtain a refund.
