Pure, no additives, good value. Easy to open the capsules and mix with my warm morning drink. (I mix the contents of one capsule in my drink.) Dissolves easily with no clumping. I use these for general health and for taste.

Pay attention to "serving size"
These are described as "200 Capsules, 500 mg". To get the 500 mgs of cinnamon, you must take TWO capsules. After I got these and did the math and these weren't the bargain I expected. Yes, it's in the pictures, but no, I didn't see it at the time of purchase.
