Previously I have used other flossing "sticks" and I ended up with a lot of complaints at the dentist as I never flossed my teeth. That was partly true as I hated doing it and partly because now having used these I realised the other floss sticks were useless.PRO: They really do glide and they stay nice and taut whilst you floss as you squeeze them to keep them that way. Really impressed and now enjoying daily flossing as I should.CON: Only the cost, but I refuse to complain at that.

I feel bad because of the impact these floss sticks might have on the environment. I put them in the recycling and hope the council does recycle them. But frankly these are way easier, less messy and far more effective to use than standard floss. My gums feel fresh after every use and my dentist recently complimented me on how healthy my mouth was.Occasionally, one will break halfway through flossing, but this is pretty rare.

I always thought that flossing was simply too difficult to be worth it having only tried using the floss tape you hold in your fingers. It would be extremely difficult to reach the back teeth, the floss would have trouble getting into the tight gaps between some teeth, and the floss would often tear.With these floss picks flossing is now a piece of cake. I floss every day and it only takes about 2 minutes. The floss slides into tight gaps easily and it never tears. The handle is the perfect shape for getting to the back teeth.The feature of being able to squeeze the handle to tighten the floss seems like a gimmick. I never use it and have little problem getting the floss into the tight gaps. When I have tried using it it's quite awkward and fiddly.

I'd almost given up any hope of ever being able to use dental floss (much to my dentist's disgust), as my teeth are very close together and overlap in areas. I was trying to use the "P" shaped thingies from Poundland, which kept breaking. Then I found these. It's so easy to floss now - and you can get into seemingly impossible areas. Brilliant! I will continue to purchase from this seller.

These were recommended to me by my new dental hygienist late last year - to use alongside the rubbery TePe (?) interdental tooth picks. The latter are very good too. BUT the Glide flossing items are so easy to use, I have used them every night for the last 2 months and intend to continue.They feel very effective and I am looking forward to my next hygiene appointment where I intend to surprise the hygienist with the great state of my teeth. They will easily pay for themselves with me having to have less frequent clean ups in the future.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :-)

The best flossing picks I’ve ever used - going back to any other ones just feels awkward and clunky. They’re pricier than others but also super strong, and so easy to get to the difficult parts at the back. The tension control is also really helpful and avoids any bleeding gums for sensitive areas.

Great to use. Given one by my hygienist to encourage flossing and found it easy to use. Went to boots to get something similar and found what I’d bought significantly harder to use. Finally found these again bought a stash! I reuse them, as the thing I don’t like is how easy it is to have lots of single use plastics to chuck out all the time. Easy to position for both sides of mouth, upper and lower teeth.
