We ordered 1 of these and found it to be just what she wanted, then she wanted 2 more so we ordered 2 more and now she wants 1 more so, we ordered 1 more, these are very nice spice racks that we mounted on our walls next to our stove for her spices, they are handy to have instead of fumbling around in the cabinets trying to find spices hopefully, the 4th one should be enough for her, don't hesitate if you are thinking about buying this spice rack, it's well made and solid as well, awesome product for the money that improves the functionality of our kitchen (her kitchen)

This is a very handsome spice rack, and I got three to hold all my spices at the back edge of my kitchen counter, where I can grab them easily. They're reasonably sturdy, though not so much so that I'd bang them around. My only difficulty with them is that half-size round containers don't clear the sides and it's hard to see what they are. This is the price of the handsome styling, and I don't mind so much since I have very few half-size jars, but if you have a lot this may not be the rack you want.These are smaller than some racks; they'll fit six jars in a row as long as they're narrow-ish jars like McCormick or Private Selection spices, but only five Penzey's jars will really fit per row. I had more or less calculated that, and it's why I got three of them, but you may need to count your jars and measure your space to see if these will work for you. I will say, each row is plenty *tall* enough for any of my jars.In short, I like them a lot and am willing to work around their few shortcomings for the sake of the sleek styling in a very visible part of my kitchen.

Dimensions are critical for a spice rack. The shelf depth is NOT 2 3/4, it's 2 5/8. The shelf Inner dimension is LESS than 2". Standard spice jars do not fit! "Holds jars and cans in a variety shapes and sizes" <==This is VERY deceptive... No jar or can of any typical size would fit in this unless it was a VERY small can or jar. Came unwrapped in box with no inner packaging. The hardware supplied to hang this is totally insufficient... two extremely tiny "hangers" with Phillips head screws SO small you'd need an eyeglasses screwdriver to have any luck screwing it into the spice rack. And once the rack is filled with spice jars -- no one in their right mind would trust that hardware to hold. Plus one rubber foot was missing so setting it on the counter (which is NOT what I wanted to do) was out of the question anyway. What a shame... the rack itself is well made and nice looking!

Not the best constructed item I've ever seen, the wood is rough in a couple of places and the pads on the bottom don't seem to be attached all that firmly. However it was a really good price and it's exactly what I needed. If you have limited space and no desire to buy an expensive spice rack full of spices you'll never use and with bottles you can't replace, this would be a good choice for you.

A few years ago I purchased a spice rack that was almost identical to this one. It has proven to be very useful and durable, so I decided to buy another one. This new one is even better than the first one I purchased as this rack can accommodate the larger spice bottles that some spices such as cinnamon come in.

2 different screws were enclosed. I had to locate one of my own to use. Should also have pre drilled holes, as extremely small and difficult to handle. Took quite a bit of time to prep for hanging as a result. Nice shelf, but manufacturer should ship with necessary hardware attached.

Although I really like the idea of these shelves, the quality was not that great and they weren't easy enough to hang to justify any more than a 2 star rating.I was looking for shelves to hang on the outside of my cabinets next to my sink to add some convenient storage for my spices in my relatively small kitchen. I purchased these because I liked the way they looked and they had received relatively good ratings. But when I got them, I was really disappointed.First, the quality of the shelves are not good. As you can see from the photos, the shelves had gaps between the pieces (first photo) and there was wood pulling up from on the shelves (second photo). This was brand new out of the box- I expect better than that, even for a value product. Second, there were no directions to hang the shelves (they do have rubber feet already mounted on the bottom, so could be easily left on a counter, but the point of ordering these was to increase my cabinet and counter space, so I wanted to mount them, which by the product description seemed possible). The shelves are sent with screws and mounting hooks (third picture), so I wasn't too worried about the lack of directions because I can figure out how to attach those. The problem is that the bamboo is lacquered (?- at the very least, it's too hard to get a screw into without cracking the entire piece, with either a hand held screwdriver or a drill).In the end, I've kept these shelves and I hung them using those sticky 3M tabs (even though it doesn't look all that great). I do regret not just making my own shelves out of crown molding, but it's too late for that. Overall, I would definitely NOT recommend this product.
