Allegra KWomen's Chunky High Heel Platform Zipper Chelsea Boots

These are not my favorite boots. But it seems to be getting more difficult to find this style of booty, so I bought these to replace my daily faves (Steve Madden black suede booties). I actually like that they are man made materials (animal friendly) but look like a decent leather. The soles are very hard plastic--slippery and loud. I am going to have mine replaced with rubber bottoms by a cobbler for a softer, quieter step. Some reviews said they run small. But I actually found them to be roomy and comfortable for my size 5.5 wide foot while wearing a sock (bought a size 6). However, there is no insole cushion and no arch support. So, when I put an insole in them, they are extremely tight across the top of my foot. For that, I suggest buying at least half size up and getting good insole inserts. I like the elastic band side, makes them less stiff and bendable when I walk. Not an easy heel to walk in if not used to high heels. They're about a 4.5 inch heel with 1 inch platform. But I manage to walk several blocks on treacherous NYC sidewalks and wear them at my desk all day in comfort (the tightness with insoles aside). They look nice, but finicky, quality boot fans will not like these. Because I could not find another pair/brand in similar style I kept mine. They'll do, but they need some adjustments to be comfortable and more wearable.

I love this brand! I have another pair of shoes from here and these and the others are adorable, skid proof and super fashionable as a staple for the winter! I’m a 8.5 and the fit like a glove. Their perfect, like the other pairs I have in a different style, my ankle stays in place and I’m comfy trading in them and I usually don’t wear heels much anymore. I’m obsessed Jeffery Campbell and just got a pair from Free People but those at $179 vs. these gorgeous heels are comparable in style and comfort! These have a lovely insole worh matching cheetah print and rugged bottom sole and thick block heel. The platform height doesn’t bother me because thwir made so well and have perfect stretch on the putter side in a nude tone...even the back heel has the elastic stretch as well and a raised tounge just above them and thAt makes all the difference. I wear these 5 nights a week as my work boot heals. I work at Light in Las Vegas and im constantly running up and down stairs. And when i say run i mean run...! i can literately run in them and have no problems. Also i wear them for till 3am with no problems, i do need to get some small gel pads inside for extra cushion for that last hour of work.

Love how comfortable the boot is. I needed a pair of boots that would be comfortable for almost every work day use and these did the job. They are not as heavy as my old pair and they are higher than what I expected. I don't feel the heel and I don't run home to take them off after work either. I am an 8.5 in shoes and bought that size exactly. At first it was tight but it did loosen up as the day went by.Unfortunately, I am giving a low rating because the left shoe is making a sound when I lift up my foot. Also noticed that when I walk in certain floors it sounds like rubber against rubber, and that sound drives me crazy. I wore them twice and since have had them in my closet because of the noise.

I listened to the reviews that said buy a half size larger.... now I have a pair of shoes that are way too big. I made the mistake of wearing them out one night bc I was sooo excited to wear them. They are adorable! I had to double up on socks to make them fit, I should have just been patient and exchanged them for the correct size. A few reviews said that the heel falls off.. I guess I'll wait for that to happen and buy the right size lololol. I'll keep y'all updated on the quality.

These booties are AMAZING! They do not even feel like a high heel, even though they are very high. The platform makes them so comfy! Great traction as well. I am up and down from my seat and across the parking lot many times during the day for my work. These are my new favorite shoes. I normally wear a size 6, but due to a recent battle with an ingrown toenail I wanted to order up a bit. I actually wanted a 6.5 but they only had a 7. They fit great! Will be purchasing in more colors!!

I was a little leery of buying boots on line. I have before and usually I return them because they pinched my toes or foot in some way. These boots fit amazing to my surprise. I wear them often with boot cut jeans and they are very comfortable. I think the higher toe height makes the heel not feel as high and they are much easier to wear for extended periods of time.

I am a size 8, but per reviews ordered and 8.5. They just fit. No thick socks for me with these, but that is fine, I didn't expect to. The elastic side panel does not stand out, but def adds comfort for ankles. Love the height with the paltform. A little iffy out of the box toe comfort wise. I wore them out to dinner with a little walking and by the time I got home, the boots had loosened up...more comfortable. My concerns that these were not going to work for me were gone. I am 60 yrs old, so not going to be wearing this tall heel all day or to run. Those days are gone for me, but as a heel lover, I can def wear these for what I wanted them for. Looks nice, but a little rugged grip sole and heel.

These shoes are a great colour, are nice and sturdy and have a cute pattern on the inside. They do run slightly too small, as they are a little tight. First time I wore them I got cramps in both feet! This isn’t the fault of the shoe’s quality, but if I were to buy again I would get a size up.
