Better than the yellow one I ordered elsewhere.... perfect fit, works well.
Installed this on my Rocket Giotto. I'd ordered a yellow gasket that was supposed to fit the Rocket from the place I bought the machine, but that gasket was next to impossible to install and felt too big. This was perfect (8mm) and installed easily. Works well inside the machine and no more leaking (My old gasket was quite old and brittle). One thing to mention: one side of the gasket will have a slightly rounded profile and the other side will be a square 90 degree profile. Make sure you install the gasket correctly - rounded profile fits into the rounded shower screen corner.

Just better.
WOW I wish I'd found these earlier. If you have an e-61 group, stop reading right now and just buy it, you'll be glad. But since you're clearly still reading; here's what I like:+ perfect fit. slipped right in, no leaks, portafilter handle is perfectly straight when tight+ Easy to clean off+ Easy to get out+ (in theory) will retain all of the above much longer than rubber- um...stealth? I would have bought this years ago if I'd known about itNo more crusty, dried out, brittle, worn down old rubber gaskets...this thing feels better just tightening the portafilter down. It's like the difference between tightening a bolt over a metal washer and a nylon one...just smooth. They did their homework on the elasticity, locks down at the correct angle. But what really has me excited is how easy it is (and should remain) to get out...I found enough grounds within my poor E-61 group during a near week-long (spare time) strip down clean out that from now on I'm going to remove and clean the shower screen before backflushing. I see no reason to shove any more coffee back up there than necessary, and since this gasket conveniently makes it easy enough to pry out the screen with a chopstick (or one of those iphone screen removal tools...trust me)...it's both easy and harmless. Coffee's great, but maintenance sucks...so anything that helps the latter without any discernible trade-offs is A-OK by by me.Should have less of a chance of imparting any flavor, too. Heck I even like the red. Win win win.

Works on Profitec Go - group head leakage resolved
This silicone 8mm gasket is high-quality. It resolved the group head leaking I experienced when using the OEM portafilter as well as a 3rd party bottomless portafilter on my Profitec Go. Great value for money & easy installation!

Worked exactly as expected
Replaced the factory seal on my profitec pro 300. Perfect fit for drop in replacement and my portafilter is back at 6 o’clock versus 5’oclock on my 4 year old factory seal. No more leaks !

Works as Intended
Works for its intended purpose without any leaks and sits firmly in place once installed. Just be careful if you take it in and out as the rubber is soft and easily marred.

Perfect gasket--but that's all
Well, for the price, this is a fine gasket. It's cut cleanly and just the right size. Stuck it in my Bezzera BZ group machine no problem. It is thicker than the OEM gasket that Bezzera sells, so my portafilter doesn't need as much turn to lock in place. That's ok with me, though. The silicone is more dense and more durable than the rubber OEM gaskets use, and, when I hit that resistance locking the portafilter, I know both that I won't get leaks and that I'm not damaging the gasket. Yay for that. The docked star is docked because other silicone gaskets generally come with a screw type tool that can be used to help remove an old gasket. The group head gasket on an espresso machine can be hard to wiggle out because it's wedged into the group head. A hook with a threaded screw would have been a lovely inclusion. I spent a good hour trying to find something around the house to use before eventually landing on a Swiss Army Knife corkscrew. If you buy this, think ahead on what tools you will need to remove the old gasket because this gasket does not come with any such tool.
