Rich Table: A Cookbook for Making Beautiful Meals at Home

I just received this cookbook and already love reading it. It is not your ordinary cook book. There is so much to learn about the authors and awesome chefs, Evan and Sarah. The recipes are easy to follow and have so much detail. I cannot wait to make some of them as they all sound so delicious. If you ever have been to their restaurant, this is a must!

Really great buy. Approachable recipes for the home cook and some for the more adventurous. Exciting flavor combinations. A must buy for anyone interested in healthy, seasonal new Californian food.

Imaginative recipes, constructed in a way where you can dabble with bites, appetizers, mains etc or go all in to create a your own menu for the evening. The restaurant is wonderful and so is this cookbook. Excited to try some of the dishes on my own and inspired to get out of my comfort zone!

There is a really good storyline that runs through this book that is very captivating for young cooks. I would even say it’s my favorite cookbook plot yet. It’s really inspiring to read the details in bringing about a restaurant of this status.HOWEVER The recipes are very trendy but somewhat safe in my opinion (considering the Michelin status, another reason for buying this book), all relying on fresh ingredients and small nuance pantry items that you may know about or how to use.This is definitely a Home-cookbook so not a lot of fancy technique BUT, you’ll come away with a lot of inspiration and insight, a few pantry upgrades and brands that you may have overlooked, as well as some recipes worth talking about over a good social gathering.

Such interesting and amazing recipes, but fairly challenging and require some eclectic ingredients. Going through trying to find a reasonable recipe to cook is hard, but it’s fun to read the recipes.

Product arrived in a timely fashion and in great condition! Packaging was nice and secure. I intended to honestly use this as a coffee table book, and it’s perfect because there’s not a scuff in site, but there are actually some recipes I want to try out! Thanks again!
