Great Price, Working Great So far.
Was very skeptical about the price of this pump. We lost our 2hp tuhorse pump after 7 years. We installed and it kept tripping breaking. Call USA manufacture, extremely helpful was going to send a new control box. He examined installation photos, said it looked good. I ordered another pump just in case, he stressed when pulling pump to retest it topside, before returning. We did it worked fine, wtf. We had a break on electric wire, even though we replace the wire less than a year ago..This pump kicks a$$. Not sure about longevity, but inspecting/comparing to our old tuhorse pump it's the same case/impeller materials. Our well is 210 feet with 80 feet static, we added 125gal pressure tank and pressure set at 60psi. We supply water to three cabins, center cabin to well 75', 150-200' to each other cabin.Great pressure and supply..The only complaint I could make is the control box enclosure is pretty cheap plastic. I wouldn't mount it out in the weather. There's not much to a control box. The terminal connector strip for pwr/pump supply has very small set screws that look easy to strip-out. They tighten well, no stripping issues. I just wouldn't give them a lot of torque. If you have a problem just wire nut wires directly.Al in All ? It's great Pump, GREAT Price. If it lasts 4yrs+ I'll be happy. For the price I have 2 pumps less then the price of our old pump and 20-25% more GPM.

5 Years So Far
I'm using this pump in an inground tank, laying on its side with no flow inducer. I run it at 75psi on a cycle stop valve which puts the head pressure around 150lbs. This pump has outperformed all my expectations. The control box leaves a little to be desired but its been working okay. For the money you can;t beat this pump. I don't think I'd use it on a well deeper than 100' just becuase of the off chance it did fail, but its been working great in my tank.

Great pump cheap made control box
I’ve had this pump for just over a month now and so far its been pretty reliable. However the control box does seems pretty cheaply made but I decided to go ahead and use it anyway and it seems to be holding up ok. My pump is set about 100 feet down and the pressure seems to be exactly as it should be. At this point this was definitely a good purchase and very much worth the money. How will it hold up long term is still questionable but at the moment im happy with it.

Some Assembly Required
I installed my first deep well submersible pump 25 years ago and have serviced and replaced many but this is the first time I have had to assemble it. Now the four bolts that hold the pump head to the motor no problem but the damned grounding wire and those pos small screws required to install the wire shield well first recommendation is add about a dozen extras. I lost 4. Why not finish it at the plant? Not saving shipping size or weight. Lastly the US wire colors are: red, black, yellow and green. This one has: black. Ok got it. A yellow/green but labeled ground. Ok got it but wtf is the brown and blue ones? You have to take apart the control box to find out. Lastly I am replacing an existing system with a steel control box and metal conduit. Guess what? The plastic control box has one connection wire, too short, and the access holes are way too small for metal conduit fittings. The pump? Bears me I haven’t finished reworking everything yet.

Great Pump and Awesome Customer Service!
I got ready to install the pump, and my electrician had LOST the control box.I frantically called Service/Help on a Friday afternoon. He expedited the shipping and made a special trip to ship it.He saved me about $75 on shipping fees because he assured me how quick it would get here, and he was right. Received the control box on Monday.Ran the pump yesterday after getting it wired. That is an amazing pump. The fact that it is low cost high quality makes this a great buy.Don't be reluctant. The pumps and the people are great.
