If you're a man or a woman with larger features, both should likely go for the large. They actually make the Large slightly too small in my view, I'm a big guy, so you should be fine with the large. It works for me...

We purchased the medium and felt like it was too small. We ordered the Large and it is the exact same size as the medium. Why would this be the case?
