I almos returned this mat because the manufacturer's process coating was really slippery. I read online to spray it with a mix of vinegar, water and dish soap. I rubbed the whole mat thoroughly and let it sit for an hour or two. I triple rinsed it in the shower and let it dry. Voila...it's now very grippy!! Yay. I have a well used 15+ yr old Wai Lana 1/4" mat and love it. It's still holding up fine and the thickness is just cushy enough on the knees and still has great support/density to it. I found a $14 deal on the aqua color January 2022. Very pleased.

This is attractive, cushioned, and it has a great surface that stops me from slipping. I like working on it.

1/4 inch thickness (6mm) is the way to go! Very pleased with the 'meatier' comfort with this mat compared to your 3mm,4mm and even 5mm thick ones. I'm a fan of Gaiam mats, but once you get into this thickness, you may pay more, especially if you want a cute, unique looking one. I bought this solely base on 3 things: Cuteness, Thickness, and Price-ness.Got this mat for my mom, who's in her 50's, and has done lots of yoga over the years. This is perfect for her skill in yoga, and also much more comfortable than other yoga mats. Not that I don't like the big, cushy, 8mm and up mats. They are great too, especially for doing sit-ups, but that thickness is when you get into the 'exercise' mat arena, which can be awkward with some yoga moves and on hardwood floors. Especially if you're buying in this price range.Overall, for the price this is great for it's thickness. Sure there are more quality ones that can give you more overall 'love', but we're talking 50 to 70 dollars here. No damages that my mom has inflicted on it so far when we go to yoga. Just make sure you wipe/wash down your mat before you use it the first time (like all mats). Don't spray it with harsh cleaners either, and make sure you DRY your mat before rolling up so you don't the 'crumbles' like some people complain about.The only downside is that I think the picture looks just a tad bit better than the actual print on the mat. The flowers look a bit different. I wish this seller had a zoom button for their listing of this mat, so we can see the bump details that mats tend to have, but oh well, I expected that anyway. Its a yoga mat, so expect the texture to contort the print just a little :)The flowers are hibiscus flowers, which are still cute all the same.

Very nice thick material with a great grip. I just wish it was a little bit wider. I'm a smaller framed gal and it's skinny for me.

Priced really well for the quality. Has really good grip and still provides comfortable surface to exercise on.Update: design is starting to wear off :(

I believe in truth and this is false advertising. This yoga mat is not as promised; it is stiff and thin. I wanted a mat that with some cushion because I am an aging yoga practitioner and this mat was just a disappointment. I got a Wai Lana yoga mat about 12yrs ago at TJMaxx and the middle is fine, but a lot of wear on on 2 corners where the feet puts a lot of pressure, hence me getting a new mat from Wai Lana again. I am sorry to be so brutal, but TRUTH matters when one is shopping online. I wish I could get my $ back.

I have tried other yoga mats but these are the best.

Thicker than the current yoga mat that we own, and is definitely more comfortable. We've found that little bits of foam chip off of it when used, so it definitely has some durability issues. I wouldn't buy this mat again, and if we weren't in a pandemic, I would go to a local shop to buy one instead.

Muy bonito al principio, pero no duro ni 3 meses de uso, cuando empezo a desmoronarse... no lo recomiendo para nada...

Tengo dos y son agradables para yoga no es grueso y eso evita el balanceo al usar el apoyo de un solo pie o pierna, se siente firme y me gusto el material buena calidad .

Buen material para hacer yoga , muy estable, no se desliza , los colores son magníficos . Si lo recomiendo compré uno y después de un mes, otro para mi . Muy contentos.
