This is a great and reasonably priced product for the value and usage it provides. I ordered an oversized piece for a desk in my kitchen and cut it to size. I wish I had had this 20 years ago! I would buy it again in a heartbeat. You won’t be disappointed. It does exactly as advertised.

This is a great mat. Thick and clear. I thought it was a bit overpriced, but it will save my son's new dresser top, so worth it in the long run. It arrived on a hot day, so it was easy to unfold and laid down flat within a minute. The corners are not rounded as shown in the photo, but that seems to be typical on Amazon anymore. Good purchase.

I love this pad. Use it in my art studio. Easy to clean and keep my desk protected.About installation: it comes as a roll. Fill up a few inches in a tub with really hot water, insert and leave for 10 mins. Take it out and spread it on a flat surface, then apply FLAT heavy objects. Books, magazines, serving trays and then something on top of it to give it more weight. Cover as much of the pad as possible. Pay special attention to corners. May sure they lay flat with overlapping weights. Leave it on for a day. These are directions for 1.5 mm thickness. Using a heat gun is tricky, as it can give you an uneven surface due to unequal heat distribution. Enjoy!

I just bought a new table but wanted to protect it from my almost 3 year old and 1 year old. LOVE this cover! Instead of cutting it to size, I got some Velcro and fasted the extra under the table so now two of the edges are also covered. It’s SUPER easy to clean.

Used to cover outside BBQ wooden top counter tool box. Works great, thick so it stays in place and rolled out perfectly. Would recommend and pleased with purchase.

I have a glass top desk so it's great to see my keyboard without having to to slide the tray out, relatively easy to clean.The BUT, seems to be leeching some sort of oil from the bottom of it and never really got it to flatten out nicely, even with a hair dryer as the directions stated.In regards to my statement above, The Seller contacted me and educated me that the clear pad is not reccommended for glass. They sent me a new frosted pad at no charge. THAT is customer care!!

Bought a new desk and wanted it protected since everything now adays is made so cheaply they scratch and stain too easily. This works great except on a white desk it looks like there is dirt under it, so it always looks dirty. Its not dirt but what may be moisture due to wiping the desk and putting this one. So for that, minus a star.

The surface is very hard to keep clean. Always streaky and hand prints are visible.
