I bought this for my wife because I watched her struggle one day with a much less desirable mat that constantly moved around on her. When she laid out this mat on the counter, her first words were, "Man this thing has grip. I won't have to worry about this one moving around." Obviously the fact that this mat would remain stationary while she worked her dough & pastries was of great importance to her. If you want a large mat, one that allows you to have ample room to work on, this will fit the bill. The surface is definitely nonstick. The thickness allows one to easily roll up the mat or fold it for storage. My wife has only words of praise & that she loves loves loves her new mat. Happy wife, happy life

This mat is a nice size for baking bread and pie, but it is very thin and it is extremely difficult to get it to lay flat on your countertop. It is so thin that it traps large bubbles underneath. After 5 minutes of trying to get it to lay smooth, I gave up. Also, please note this size mat cannot be rolled for storage it needs to be folded which then creates creases in the mat which then also affects it’s ability to lay flat. It’s simply to thin, I will return it and look for a similar product that is thicker. This product is 0.55 ml thick I will look for something that is at least 1ml.

I ordered this mat because of its size and that it was not easily moved while working on it. The mat lived up to all the product descriptions and I immediately loved it! It is sturdy, flexible and while large, easy enough to hand wash in my kitchen sink. But I soon found I needed to write Dough Cuts about a problem I experienced.After the first use and doing a hand washing to clean it, I noted a small discoloration on the mat and found that it was caused by a tiny puncture that apparently held water between the layers. I also noted three other areas in the mat that had very slight, tiny pricks. I used the mat a second time and after that use and washing, the original discoloration was a bit bigger than when I originally saw it. I realized that this situation was an indicator that I should not expect it to last for any length of time.The overall product was impressive and just perfect for my needs, so I wrote Dough Cuts about what I experienced and was surprised to get a quick response. Not only did I get a Thank You for alerting them to a potential manufacturing issue but they were extremely generous in not only refunding my purchase price but replaced the defective mat!I just finished using the new mat and am more than delighted with this product and especially Dough Cuts for their special attention! I needed extra large for my craft table as this style painting is very messy. I turned it upside down so it's mostly white without the circles or text being visible. The mat sticks to the table and doesn't slide around like plastic bags or paper does. Dried paint drips will peel off easy after they dry, or wipe most of it up with paper towels and throw them in the trash. Couldn't be happier!

This covers the counter from front to back and a wonderful width as well. Made clean up afterward a dream. Used it to roll out honey-lemon cookies. So easy and great. Made coffee cake that includes butter, cinnamon, dark brown and granulated sugar so sticky. Super easy to roll out, then layer on the butter, cinna-sugars mix, and then roll up. This thing is great. Works so much better than the fabric I used to use for rolling out on or a heavily floured countertop. I hardly have to use any flour to stay non-stick now. The weight of the mat is perfect too. Love this product. Will keep in mind to give as a gift.

Perfect size and will me so much room to roll out my breads and rolls. Best part is it really does cling to the counter surface! This item is going to help me a lot when I bake our weekly breads and pastries.The size is a bit difficult to wash but that’s not the products fault. One should already know that going in because if your looking at this item for it’s large work surface then expect to clean that same space.

I bought this for a pizza & bread making day with friends. It’s a lot larger than I thought actually! The surface was very nice and smooth but sticky enough to stay on my table. Was a little hard to clean and dry because of how large it is. I had to first wipe down with a paper towel then run water over it in the sink, and then I laid it in the dishwasher to dry.

I love the size of this item - and I also like the size measurements that are drawn onto the sheet. I will say -- I still have trouble with the dough sticking to it -- doesn't seem to matter how much - or how little -- flour I put on the surface prior to placing the dough.

Great quality silicon mat which sticks to the bench perfectly. It also features shapes, templates and measurement rules in centimetres and inches. Its a great size with plenty of room to roll out large pastries and cut multiples of lots of things eg. pies etc.

This is an item I use all the time and use if for my cinnamon buns and other baking items. I highly recommend this item to any and all home bakers.

I love this mat, as I make home made wood fire pizza. Dough doesn't get stuck to it and easy to clean up after my big mess i make when I make dough and pizzas.

I gave it to my daughter as a Christmas present. She is using it to roll out her baking.

Great size - keeps the bench much cleaner when baking
