Despite many comments stating the product came half empty, it was urgent for me and I was ready to risk it. I got the product and it was filled, however, a seal would have been appropriate.

Bottle has no seal and came leaking everywhere. 30% of product was in the shipping box. A sticky residue was all over the outside of the bottle. Literally threw it in the trash immediately. Not worth 1 dollar. You get what u pay for I guess
