Easy to make and kids love them!! Mix a vegetable with it and a little spice and it becomes a meal!
I like the taste and ease of making them. It’s great for those on a gluten free diet too. You can add any spice or veggi you want to create a delicious and colorful meal for everyone. Top it off with fresh shredded cheese! I always have a few boxes in the pantry by ordering a case at a time. Very thrifty for a family!

Absolutely delicious gluten-free noodles!
One of the most difficult things about being gluten-free is finding things that taste similar or at least good. This company has done an exceptional job with these noodles! Fast, easy and always delicious!

These are the best!
Having been gluten free for about eight years, these are my absolute favorite noodles. You can use them as spaghetti noodles, you can use them as Thai food in soups and recipes, you can add curry....the list goes on. They don't turn into slush, but stay a little firmer and are very filling. They are wonderful! Love them.

Very Fine Noodles
OK - for those of you who don't know exactly what these are (and I didn't when I ordered them) - these are the super, super, fine glassy noodles you find in lettuce wraps or some asian salads.They are YUMMY! But, they are extremely easy to overcook. A quick dip in hot water is ALL that they need - otherwise you will end up with a mushy mess. If they will be used in a sauce, dip in hot water for a minute and then into the sauce they go - quick stir, stir, and then you are done. Don't overcook.Enjoy!

Awesome Staple
So hard to find these rice noodles! I did not want to order so many, but they are so easy to use in many dishes! Especially being vegan!

ARRIVED ON TIME AND AS EXPECTED
These oh-so-thin tastey noodles are WONDERFUL and the Amazon Prime price is competitive with buying it at my local megastore! Use them in the place of angel hair pasta if you are trying a gluten-free spaghetti dish; it's even better!!!!

Maifun are too mushy
The Maifun noodles are nearly impossible to work with. They break and turn to a mushy lump of starch too fast. I've tried cooking them 3x now, each with less time, and still can't get them to work for a basic stir-fry.
