I naturally have level 4, 3B curly hair. I was bleached to platinum to apply a vibrant color on top. I use this about once a month to combat dryness and dullness from hard water. After shampooing twice, I saturated my hair with this mask and followed the instructions on the back. Afterwards it is smoother and feels better. You notice the difference after your hair dries. It really gets the job done.

I love the actual item but the shipping needs improvement. I received the product and it leaked all over the box. The replacement product also leaked. There was no seal over either product to prevent this issue. It is easily preventable.

It's a fairly decent product. The diy masks are better, though.

Looked like a 'Free' Sample, but its not. What a Joke . Tried this hair mask, and my hair didn’t feel any softer, shinier, or healthier—just the same old dry mess. Honestly, I think they just filled the packet with air and a tiny dab of product to trick you into thinking it’s magic. If you’re expecting a miracle, you won’t get it here. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this one. I’m convinced they’re just giving out empty promises in a shiny packet.
