The plastic grommet in my meat grinder head keeps popping out. Would this help to secure it?

No, this is a lubricant designed the help cutting blade spin easier with less friction.

can this be used for philips saeco intelia

Yes, I'm using on my Saeco Odea Go, works very good.

is vaseline a good replacement?

You should not use vaseline around food products. this product is specifically forumulated for lubricating food prep equipment and is non toxic

Is this product good for lubricating plastic drawer slides in refrigerators?

It gets pretty viscous at low temperatures, there should be no issue with it making a mess, and it would lubricate well. I'm not sure exactly how it would handle all the ambient smells from a fridge, it might be something that would need wiped off an reapplied occasionally.
